Outside Morrisons at Sittingbourne 19th March I stopped to talk to Matt and Jim (1026 and 1027), they’d been there all day on their feet fund raising for the RSPCA, no pressure just friendly conversation, I signed up for a small monthly amount, a drop in the ocean but hope there were many others that day and other days. Great job they do for a great cause!

Shocking shocking organisation that truly do not care about animals. It’s all about MONEY.
A poor dog has been left in an abandoned crack house that the police raided and boarded up, for 6 DAYS so far with no food or water. 6 DAYS!! And counting.
The RSPCA and police were called numerous times since the day after the raid when neighbours realised the dog was left in there. They did NOTHING. Finally after 3 days the RSPCA came and put a tape over the door to “ see if anyone’s attending to the dog”. That was 3 days ago and the seal has not been broken ( the tenant is not coming back) and STILL today they won’t rescue the dog. When asked when they are going to get the dog out they said another 48 hours, The RSPCA lady actually scoffed and said “ it might even be longer! The dogs barking so it’s still alive “.
She was aggressive, rude, confrontational, defensive and told me to “ go away “.
Today the police contacted the RSPCA and asked them to meet them at the house with a view to doing something. The RSPCAs reply? “ we are too busy, and under staffed “. So too bad poor little Frenchie , you’ll be left to starve to death in a crack den all alone.
You could have saved this sweet little dog. But you refused. Shane on you. I will tell everyone and anyone just how vile you are. Animal welfare?? My ass!! It takes a special kind of cruel to treat an animal this way, and there is non crueler than a group of narcissistic people
The dog will probably be dead soon, it’s already thin and abused, and they are prepared to leave it suffering for at least another 48 hours!?
I thought that was illegal?! It’ll be over a week by then and they could not care less.

DONT use or fund the RSPCA.
First of all if you’re concerned about an animal then don’t contact these scammers. They are not interested helping any animals as all they want to do is fine people first. All they are here for is collecting donations and taking people to court. I phoned them out to rescue a dog as it was just dumped on a council estate. It has been there for days. I was working on that estate and noticed the dog. It was thin dirty and had no energy. Me and a few boys went to the shop and looked after it for a few days while waiting for the rspca to come out . They did come out and said as there is no owner for the dog there is nothing they can do. So I said the dog need professional care and need warmth and looking after and he said sorry there is nothing they can do without an owner coming forward. I said the dog has been abandoned. They said they can’t do anything. So I said best you go back in your little van and pissoff before I get a hammer and turn your van into box. So went faster then I could get my hammer out of my van. So a few of us put it on social media for someone to help the dog. A dog charity came out and rescued the dog. I have donated them for years . I can’t put names on here but the charity colour if yellow. So if you want to help an animal DONT contact them scammers RSPCA. Don’t waste your call. Rant over.

I’m incredibly grateful to the team at RSPCA Block Fen Animal Centre for the care and dedication they show every single day. The inspectors who rescued my dogs, both past and present, from their previous terrible situations, have made such a difference. I can’t thank them enough.
Block Fen Animal Centre has done an amazing job rehabilitating the dogs before rehoming them. The staff go above and beyond to ensure each dog is healthy, happy and ready for their new home.
Thanks to Block Fen, my dogs have been given a second chance at life and I will always be deeply appreciative. I would absolutely recommend RSPCA Block Fen Animal Centre to anyone looking to adopt or support a truly caring and committed team.

We adopted our beautiful boy Dray 💙 from the RSPCA Block Fen. From the very first phone call with Tiff right up to our Gotcha day & beyond they have supported us, offered advice & enjoyed sharing the regular photos we send them. Our first ever rescue was such a lovely experience I would always look to rescue again! Dray is a large Cane Corso breed & was in the shelter for a long time before we found him. You could clearly see that during that time he had been loved by the team.

I've adopted 2 dogs from RSPCA Block…
I've adopted 2 dogs from RSPCA Block Fen Animal Centre. Each time the team made sure we were a good match and explained what to expect. My dogs had both been in foster homes and came with great information about their characters and requirements.
I have since become a fosterer for the RSPCA, fostering dogs and ponies, both really rewarding experiences and it's great to feel like a very small part of the work the RSPCA does.
We love attending the fundraising events at Block Fen and returning with our dogs to visit the team (and Santa Paws obviously!)
The RSPCA seems quite misunderstood, I am glad they are there for animals in need, to clear up after the dreadful people who neglect and mistreat animals and I wish people could understand and see the damage they cause by leaving negative reviews.

Tha staff at the centre have always made us feel welcome when we have been to adopt an animal.They are very knowledgeable about the animals in their care and offer great advice when adopting and their after care checking up how the animal is getting on in the home is very good too. Absolutely ridiculous our netherland…
Absolutely ridiculous our netherland dwarf buck died and doe has been pining trying spent 3 weeks trying get to adopt one even by a new cage to join to other 1 to keep being told not big enough so after #spending over 200 to improve they still claim not the interested in welfare of animals well my doe isn't on there list even vets been to have said cages are good enough for 2 netherland dwarfs

I contacted the RSPCA for advice about importing a docked Doberman pup from France into the UK as i do not want to break the law.
The RSPCA were very helpful and gave me the advice that i requested, they responded promptly and the service provided was excellent, i can now look forward to my new puppy arriving in July

A disgraceful ‘charity’ (business) who…
A disgraceful ‘charity’ (business) who don’t care about owners churning out litters of kittens on to the street (or worse, being disposed of) by irresponsible owners. They don’t care one bit about any other aspects of neglect except whether the cats have some food thrown their way and aren’t underweight. Wouldn’t even escalate my report to an inspector even though there was serious neglect and multiple complainants in my area. Donate to local charities instead so you can see where the money goes.

Huge thanks Gemma and Rachel from Felledge
We adopted a yearling horse from RSPCA Felledge. The process to bring him home from start to finish was amazing we booked a day to go view him the day we went to see him his handler and yard manager were so nice welcoming and put us at ease. We decided that we would give him a new home and it was sorted really quickly. A massive shout out to Rachel Duffy and Gemma Curr. They said even though we are taking him if I need anything or advice to to ring or message straight away. We have had him two year in the summer and they still keep in touch even though he was ours not because it’s there job but because they gently cared for him. The yard was immaculate. If I ever get another horse I’ll be back. The process was straight forward. If I could add pictures I would! 5⭐️

This organisation is not fit for…
This organisation is not fit for purpose and seem to be working against animal welfare,rather than supporting them. I had a fox in my garden, completely bald due to mange and also limping. When I finally got through to actually speak to someone, I was told to leave my gate open and it would go back to where it came from. I was appalled.

We had a stray cat and needed help.
We had a stray cat trapped between my house and my neighbours house after falling off the flat roof. The poor thing was wedged in tight and couldn’t get out. I called RSPCA. Bearing in mind this was a Sunday, the first responder was at our house within an hour and escalated it to her colleagues. We ended up with the fire brigade who were unable to free the cat despite trying all sorts of methods for over two hours.
The two RSPCA staff were not deterred and continued to try and free the cat. It was looking pretty desperate and they contacted all the local vets to try to get a vet out to help. I though they may have to PTS at this point.
Vet arrived and a third RSPCA staff member who could use a dart. Between them they sedated the cat and was able then to drag him out. After 14 hours of being stuck, typically for a cat, he survived and is uninjured! A scan for a chip showed he was reported lost 4 years ago. The owner was still at the address and they were reunited in my garage! It was a Mother’s Day I won’t forget in a hurry :)
All three RSPCA staff were amazing. They remained focused and were determined to help this cat. We couldn’t have done it without them. I am sorry to see bad reviews on trust pilot. My experience of RSPCA has been excellent. Keep up the good work.
