Bought a car from RS Car Sales recently
Really nice model, was very clean on arrival, valeted to a high standard.
Came with warranty and a fresh service and M.O.T.
The staff were very polite and helpful, would definitely buy another car from rory and the team in the future!

Brother in law bought a vehicle from here and recommended to me as I was on the look for a new car.

Enquired about a BMW, within a week I was trading/part ex my car in and driving away in a premium BMW.

The aftercare has been great. Easy to contact and always at the end of a phone with no hassle.

I couldn’t recommend any other company.

I bought a BMW 135i from them car came in amazing condition and was beautifully valeted by their team of top-tier experts. the car drives insanely well and I could not be happier with my new car. Kieran was such a joy to deal with, a top salesman. Going to get another car when the time is right!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible just Terrible. Baught a fiesta from this company it lasted 6 months. 2 weeks after purchasing a cencer needed replaced. 2.5 months after purchasing the alternator went. 400 odd for a new one. 3 months after purchasing the break pads on all wheel's needed replaced. 6 months after purchasing the car was up for an mot and was written off. The whole bottom was practically wrecked around the break area. Guys at harlfords told me it would cost thousands more than it was worth. Please ask for proof as I'll post all the bills from the garages I've used just to keep it on the road for five and a half months. Cowboy company run by Cowboys. Please avoid this company and go to a bigger more reputable organisation that actually gives a damn. I hope they get investigated sooner rather than later as it criminal to sell cars in such conditions. If you want to develop a condition of absolute stress everytime you hear a bleep go ahead and and out your faith in these folk. I suggest you don't. One last thing. 2 months into the purchase I sent the guy an email saying do you have a garage to look the car its constantly getting sent to the garage. The reply which is still in my emails pretty much called me a keyboard warrior and I knew what I was getting into. AVOID.

Great company to deal with, helpful and honest throughout. On delivery of the vehicle I noticed some damage to one of the door cards, upon letting Rory know he advised I could get the repair done locally he would cover the cost. I booked in the repair a month or so later, and true to his word payment was received within minutes of giving them my bank details. Great service, highly recommend you check out their website. We bought a car for our son from here. The engine was very soon to be found to be faulty (Boost Pressure Regulation Limiter). We contacted them and explained that the car only ran intermittently and when it did the turbo never kicked in so it had to be driven very slowly or it would cut out. After Several phone calls, 2 letters and a report from another garage explaining the issue they did absolutely nothing, completely ignoring us. Buyer Beware!!

Great experience in buying a car there, each person there was especially helpful including Keiran Price , Rory Anderson and Thomas Cheung , car was in the condition stated and pictured , they had the vehicle ready on time and fixed all issues with the vehicle before handover, great company to buy from. came here to look for a car and Kieran gave me a very in depth tour of the site, the selection was incredible and the interiors were all spotless, couldn’t recommend this place enough !

I gained interest in RS's Mercedes E coupe, advertised with 53k miles and 1 previous owner. Done an HPI check, it showed the vehicle changed ownership last May, but the salesman, Kieran, attributed this to a plate change.

Decided to buy the car, got finance sorted and got delivered to me. List of issues:

- Car pictured with Pirelli P-Zero tyres, came with Sunny MacroSport's
- 2 chips in the windshield (not mentioned anywhere not even MOT)
- Front bumper all scratched up at the bottom
- Exhaust cover disloged and possibly broken (didn't get to check)
- Brake discs on their knees
- 54.4k miles on clock

Among other issues that you would expect from an used car.

When I told them about the tyres, said these what they had in stock, when told them about the chips, said to use my insurance to claim. Other issues we're pending a check from a specialised garage.

Anyways I would've let these slide if the car was alright mechanically, thing was, they didn't deliver the car with the service history, I asked them for it and got it sent. Guess what, they serviced the car at their dealership this year and last year in July and since then drove it about 9.5k miles.

Sent an email to clarify why they LIED, their reply was that this car is not right for me and I should return and get a refund. Which I done as I expected something wrong with the car, as they would rather lose money than tell me what was wrong with it.

When I told them up to pick the car as they are in the wrong, Rory Anderson, which is notoriously known as the dealership hot-head , told me to stop using the car immidiately, take a picture of the milage and return the car in the same condition. He then said "You mainly seem to have concern over history, which is just completed as new, MOT and next year despite it just having passed on now and fairly minor used condition." Now since that is not english, I think he meant I am too worried about the history of the car, when it looks good and has a new MOT. Well when the car is used for 9k miles by the dealership like a rental car as probably all employees drove it to the local night club every weekend I am worried, and MOT, seriously? I can find someone that does an MOT for £60 without even getting the car to the garage, and a dealer can't?

Had to take a day off from work, travel 500 miles to return the car, lost money on insurance and my credit score went down about 200 points due to the finance hard check. Also not to mention the dissapointment that I couldn't keep the car.

They boast 4.9 stars on AutoTrader and Google, where all the reviewers have 1-2 reviews, and here on TrustPilot have 3.8 and less reviews as you can't fake them as easily.

So if you want to waste your time, money, credit file integrity and nerves, buy from these guys.

Where do I start, I reserved the car last night and its on my drive less than 24 later.
Spoke with Kieran (hope that’s the right spelling if not apologies) He took me through the finance part with outstanding explanation of what to expect, where and even what the button colours will be – he’s done it before I am sure of it. Called back within 10min, few more signatures and it was done. The car was mine, so just the agonising wait for Monday. 20min I called back to advise I have made the deposit transfer, another gentlemen answers Rory, says he has a question for me and knows the answer is yes but will ask it anyway – Would you like that car today, David? – 100% - Ok, it will be with you 2h. Dominic pulls up – early!!! Super kind walks me around and of he went.
I love providing feedback, but this experience is a next level. From the way the present the vehicles on their adverts, to the first conversation down to the delivery – the gents there know what they are doing! Well done and thank you.

Bought a very highly spec’d VW Golf GTD from RS Car Sales.

Everyone was very friendly and Kieran sorted everything out and made sure that the car was in A1 condition.

Their stock of cars has something for most budgets.

The whole process was very straightforward and simple.

Would definitely recommend RS Car Sales to friends and family.

I bought a car from these cowboys and was told numerous times it had road tax!! They must have thought this was my first time buying a used car because tax isn't transferred to the new owner!! Anyway they said they'd tax it for me
because they "forgot" to include the V5c when they delivered the car to me and I took their word for it. Big mistake on my part because I was driving around without road tax for 3 days.

They didn't tax it yet told me they had. It's only when I got the finance company involved suddenly it got taxed! Also I was told the car had 2 previous keepers yet when the V5 Logbook arrived in my name it was showing 3 previous keepers. I did raise a complaint with the finance company again but these people lied out their teeth and said I never asked questions about previous keepers etc.

Don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews on other platforms as those can be bought online. They don't even have a place for customers to sit. I had to sign my cars finance agreement outside in the cold. The only time I was invited inside was to pay them the deposit. They claim they sell over 80/90 cars a month Which is very questionable as they always stock less. Again lies to make out they are shifting lots of cars when clearly they not. Take your money elsewhere because once this outfit have your money they won't want to know you.

If you read the owner of Rs Cars Rory reply to negative reviews you will see how aggressive and rude he becomes. And that's on reviews imgiane what he'd be like if you ever have an issue with the car he sold you!!

I've noticed the garage has replied to my review. Just to make it absolutely clear regarding the road tax database being updated. I wasn't checking on websites I actually rang the DVLA and asked them over the phone if my car was taxed and their reply was no it hadn't been taxed on the 1st of march like the garage kept claiming. So even their defence is a lie.

Bought three cars from RS Car Sales now and can not praise them enough. Fantastic service, great people to deal with. I love the last car I bought from them and have no intention of swapping… as long as I can keep off their website because there’s always something tempting me… like that new crayon grey gts… I need to block rscarsales website!

I had a read a few mixed trust pilot reviews.
When reading between the lines most are from people who havent actually bought from this dealership.
My own experience is very good. I dealt with Rory. I found him quite straight talking, but clearly they are busy as am I so I wasn't offended by anyone being to the point and blunt.
I also had an issue with the car where I had a small knock when travelling on rough ground / bumps.
I called him after hours and he rang me right back. There was an apology, he said bring the car back anytime literally the next morning and we will fix it no cost to you.
For me anyone can sell me a car, its what they do if there is a problem that is the real measure.
I was highly impressed and wish them well.
