Dear Kirill Suharev and your girlfriend,
You moved in on 29 June 2019 and moved out 29 September 2019. You stayed in the one bedroom flat for three months. Every time you had concerns regarding your bed and wifi, coming to our office several times, we have always provided you with the quickest and utmost quality service in solving these issues.
When you moved in, as a professional and highly renowned letting agency, we made sure and provided your one bedroom flat spotlessly cleaned. However, when you moved out three months later on 29 September 2019, unfortunately we found the flat left in an unprofessional non clean condition. Hence, we had to hire an independent cleaning company to clean the flat and charged at an incredibly reasonable rate of £15 per hour. Equating to £75 for 5 hours of spotless cleaning of the flat.
We are sure you understand that it is our duty to provide the next tenant with a spotlessly cleaned home as we did with you. Providing a clean home when tenants check in and tenants leaving the home cleanly when checking out are the conditions of the contract with which you signed and agreed to. Additionally, the £75 pounds charged for cleaning is not for our profit, it goes immediately and directly to the service provider. Hence, it is disagreeable that this results in a ‘really bad service’.

The scam
Hello i rented an apartment on cromwell road by the agency rr properties between the 22/07/2019 and 31/07/2019. the welcome was warm. the chek in was done with a person who i've shown a lot of irregularities in the apartment, which I still have the photos. the person was always told that there are no worries for that . I left a deposit as I do in other hotels and I get at the end since I leave the place very clean , my wife is skilled on these things. on the day of departure we were surprised by another person who came to do the check out.. this gentleman before he even see the apartment said that it is not clean. my wife was angry and has reviewed every detail with him .then the guy told us that it was necessary to wash the sheet. my wife responded to him with what we are going to cover us and the 2 children if they are washed. no response, of course. the gentleman
returned to the agency, which was next door to tell them to subtract £ 50 from the deposit because we did not wash the sheet. it was found that the scam was prepared. unfortunately we had to leave quickly to catch the plane on time. so we paid 50 pounds. so please when you rent with these people have to be careful with this detail by giving the deposit. if not bring with you bed linen for the last night. good holiday.

I'm sorry you've had a cause to complain, however having read your complaint it appears that you are slightly misguided or that you have misunderstood the level of cleanliness required for a rental property. Whilst the level of cleaning you say you have carried out may be acceptable in a domestic home setting, it is not acceptable as we have already said in terms of rental property. Even so we charged the minimal amount of £50 and you were refunded the remainder which amounted to £250.00, as agreed in our terms of contract. Finally, there are several members of staff who check in or out and you are not guaranteed to meet the same person, therefore because you saw and dealt with two different people, and the fact that we have higher commercial standards of cleanliness for all of our customers, this does not amount to a scam. If I could give it zero stars I would. They are incredibly unprofessional. They do not respond to calls until it comes time to possibly extend your contract. I had to call them from someone else phone in order to get in touch with them. they picked up right away and then hung up when they realized who it was. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will give further details about the abuses I have endured from this company once I move out because reading other reviews I heard they hold tenants deposits hostage. stay far far away. their offices are a complete sham. very few people that work there speak fluent english. no one is willing to help you.

AVOID this TERRIBLE Company
There are many property rental companies in London. STAY CLEAR of this really BAD company. They have badly trained staff with poor command of English. They are very nice to you until you sign a contract and then they become disinterested, rude and almost permenantly rude.
If you have a problem with your rental you might as well go to the Chuckle Brothers. More will be done and you will have a laugh. These guys leave you raging. And they treat your deposit money as some sort of hostage.

Dishonest and unprofessional
Dishonest and unprofessional. They advertise one price (on Spareroom.co.uk) and then change the price when they know your budget is higher than what they advertised. Do not give them a max budget because their price will increase to that level.
They also had client waiting 30 mins in street for a viewing they had forgotten to organise properly. No warning no apology. Bad bad bad.
Their subsequent response proves my point! I never became their client or tenant because I turned them down after their shockingly bad service. It took them over a year to respond to my review. Expect everything to be slow with them...
