The worst experience and their packages are a scam.. I took a emerald membership and paid 28000 .. they promised 42 room nights at 4star hotel anywhere in Europe and Asia.. when I went to italy and asked for 9 nights they gave me 3 star Propeties and deducted 18 room nights .. every time when u ask for booking in a destination of your choice they say they don’t have tie up and want you to pay extra or they debit double room nights which is equal to the cost of paying directly and booking a hotel.. every interaction with the staff is a nightmare and I do not recommended anyone to engage in their services .. I feel totally cheated

We are very grateful to Ahmed and Royal Regis for helping us get a US tourist visa (10 years multiple visa). Next, we will inquire about their Disneyland package since we plan to bring our baby to Disneyland. Again, thank you very much, Royal Regis!

This company deserves 0 stars but since I don’t have choice I’ll just put 1 star. They have the worst customer service I had encountered in my life. Most of the time they won’t respond to your email, especially if this is regarding money they owe you such as refunds etc.

I hope NO one falls again to their tactics of giving away gold coins and free voucher. It’s NOT really free my friends, because they will get from you more than what they give or would I say 10x of that.

To Anyone who is wondering if Royal Regis is worth it, then take it for granted that they are one of the worst type of scammers out there. Their scam method is as below.
1. They entice people with a free gift voucher to a 5 star fancy hotel and one of their agents ( Pushkar) will try to sell you an unbelievably good travel deal such as free plane tickets to your family anywhere in Europe, 35 nights stay in 4 star hotels of your own choice etc. If you fall for it, they make you sign a contract and does not give you time to read the fine print. They take your money from your credit card there and then. this is also the last time they will treat you well.
2. Once they have your money, the scam game begins. They will not answer your emails or calls to office phones ever. You will need to go to their office and get hold of Khaja who is the main scam artist. He lets you know in not so obvious terms that you got scammed and that you should not have been too greedy in the first place. The plane tickets will never be available on your travelling dates. The hotels will be their choice and you will be given a choice of two worst hotels. They can also straight away tell you that they don't have any partner agent in a particular city and they just can't offer you anything. All the city tours and airport pickup is never available.
In short they will offer you 25% of your money's worth and keep 75% in their own pocket.
Being a scam artists, they also post fake positive reviews online. although if you search deep enough, you realize that the positive reviews are all fake and the negative reviews are the only trustworthy ones.
If you already purchased it, try to take refund within 14 days. that's the only way, otherwise say good bye to your money!!
Do your own research on the Royal Regis scam on Trip Advisor, Reddit and Trustpilot and Google reviews.

I bought Pearl package I am so disappointed with their service. You are required to notify them by email for a simple staycation 45 DAYS prior to booking. We tried to book for a hotel but it didn’t materialize. Tried contacting their numbers but they wouldn’t answer our calls. I have sent them emails but they wouldn’t respond, not even to WhatsApp messages. Be very wary when dealing with them.

Helpful staff, nice service. As promised, we were provided our free gifts. They explained the packages very nicely. Overall nice experience.
