I have used my voucher for 1N stay at Hilton Salwa beach resort, my kids loved the water slides & my overall experience with Royal Regis team interms of booking, followup for voucher & other tips have been fast & hassle free….i shall truly recommend to all those who wish to save atleast 50% of the fares if u book directly with the resort or hotel you are looking for.

Royal Regis has pathetic customer service. It was our worst decision to take their useless membership. They will keep your money and literally make you beg for each booking.

We have their sapphire membership 7692573447202347. We wanted to use the hotel booking for our this year May trip to Switzerland . They were not able to book the flight on time. After thousand followups they finally booked our hotel rooms just few days before the trip. That also they charged us equivalent to 12 days where as our trip was only for 9 days.

We are waiting for our flight money refund since 6 months. In these 6 months we have sent multiple reminders and called them. But they are not able to refund the money till date.

Our relationship manger is Mr. Khaja. He is no help. He has no idea what a relationship manger role and responsibilities are.

I just want to warn anyone who wants to take member ship with Royel Regis. It’s a fraud company . They will take your money and you won’t get 1% of the service from them.

PLEASE STAY AWAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
We got a call from the team that we have won a holiday stay and dhow cruise voucher.
We were asked us to collect the voucher from the Swiss Hotel, Markan Hall. On reaching the venue, we understood that we have been called for a promotional scheme which was a Sapphire package.
The sales Manager explained the Saphire package and very briefly showed the actual website. We were told that we must take this offer now or we can't avail of any of the services.
Once we took the Sapphire package, we reached home and read the reviews about the Royal Regis scheme and all your previous customers mentioned how this is a fraudulent scheme and your company has been charged with fraud claims by several customers.
We immediately contacted our bank to not process the payment, however to our dismay, we were told that Royal Regis has already claimed the payment within 2 hours of us making a payment on the credit card.
To our shock, we also figured that there were several articles published against the company where you have offered similar schemes and there are families still claiming their money from you. I don't know how Dubai Police and DED has not taken any action against them.
We had informed them about our decision within 24 hours that we would like a total refund and no association with Royal Regis going forward. We have been put through significant distress since yesterday and have trying to coordinate several team members. The Sales Manager has been out of reach and we have contacted him several times as he assured us that the scheme is legit and there are no hidden terms. IT'S BEEN 8 WEEKS AND STILL THEY HAVE NOT PROCESSED OUR REFUND.

Very good experience with Royal Regis recently my tour in laguna water park dubai full enjoyment now my next plan to turkey

I have come across one of the worst service, I have sent 70 emails to & fro response, they provide hotel in 2 star, 50 KM away from New York City that too with 2 Star rating and when claimed for rail fare for New York, simply declined. Hotel was in remote location with 2 star rating, no breakfast, so far very worst experience. I will advise never fall in trap and waste your hard earned money. Moreover I wasted a lot of time in writing emails, when one can book hotel in 5 minutes.

At the outset, I have to mention we were also swayed by the lucky draw win and the initial experience when availing the free stay. However, soon after it has been the worst experience dealing with Royal Regis and their staff. Its been 4 years and I am still to see their online platform where you can research hotels they have a tie-up with. They will take months to respond to any booking enquiry, even after multiple follow-ups. In most cases they will come back saying they do not have any partner hotels in the city you are looking for. Even if they have, in this time the hotels you are looking for will not be available and they will ask for a surcharge to book hotels which are not in their network. In most cases this surcharge will be more than the cost of booking yourself from booking.com. Whats more, these booking will be non-cancellable, so if your trip is curtailed for any reason, they will not help you at all.

Our latest experience, Royal Regis did not have any partner hotel in a top holiday destination like Amsterdam. RR also did not inform the hotel of our request for late checkin and turned out the hotel is self-service and needed a code to enter the hotel and to unlock the box to retrieve our key card. None of which was explained by RR in the confirmation voucher. We were on the street at 10 in the night in a new country with no clue how to manage this and had to fend for ourselves. In another hotel, same trip, though RR gave us a confirmation, the hotel did not have any confirmed rooms in our name. Again, stuck in lobby for over 5 hours, till RR can find the cheapest way to get another room booked for you. Trust me, you can do without this headache. Holidays are supposed to be a relaxing fun experience, but these people do not care for customers once the package is signed. You can easily get better properties at a better price from agoda / booking.com, with free cancellation till the day of travel.

I would advise all who get a call from them that they have won gold coins / stays from them to go to the seminar, but leave your wallet, credit cards & cheque books at home. This way, even if you are brain washed, you will not be able to take their package. Just take your free gifts and leave, you will thank me for this. Hopefully, after many people just take their freebies, they will not have any money left to fleece their customers.

Worst Holiday Booking Company ever!

We have taken their Platinum package and yet to use the hotels/ package so far, but we are pretty happy with the service we received on few complementary services. special thanks to Mr. Syed for making all the arrangements and being connected with us all the time to ensure that we don’t face any kind of issues. Excellent nice

There are lot of tour and travel operators in market with annual packages but Royal Regis stand apart as they are not only financially stable who manage the financial challenges during Covid but arrange the best hotels and packages for their members. I travelled with them to Italy, Switzerland and Greece Our trips were superb and left lifetime memories for us.

Utterly Pathetic Customer Service. Horrible Experience!! I just can't describe what a big mistake I made when I bought a membership from them. I cancelled my membership within the time frame to avail a refund. I signed the cancellation form on 10th May 2022 and was informed by them that I'll receive the refund within 45 days, although the policy in the contract mentions that the refund will take place within 30 days. I went to their office thrice to get the refund but they always had excuses ready, like the refund will take place within 45 working days, excluding public holidays, I still agreed. Then they told me that the refund will be processed before 4th August , I agreed again. Today at the time of writing this review I haven't yet got the refund. It's been 91 days since I submitted the cancellation form and still there's no refund. At the time of signing the contract they make loads of promises but this is what their customer service actually is. When I posted a negative rating of their page on Google, they instantly called me to take it down and promised me that refund will be done soon if I take down the rating. This is how they care for their customers. I urge you to think 1000 times before signing any contact with them. I hope this will help. Now I'm sure that they'll contact me to take down the review and will again make fake promises. I'm literally fed up with them.
