I have not received my purchase so I…
I have not received my purchase so I cannot rate it. I received no information on tracking even though the order said it shipped. When I click on the tracking in my order it says no tracking available. I contacted support and got a ticket number a week ago. I have received no response in regards to that inquiry. My credit card was charge promptly though. At this point, I am beginning to wonder if I was scammed. I have ordered from several other mints. This is the worst experience I have had.

The product accuracy compared to website photo. The silver card and coins are beautiful.

Only concern was the packing, by the time it reached Abu Dhabi customs its broken!! So they repacked and charged/fined me for that. So please improve packing further. Thin brown paper not suitable for packing.
