Shipped on July 16th to Canada still has not arrived as of July 31st.
I have twice emailed information email address and received no response to my email asking the following
- name of shipping company used for my order
- tracking number of my order
- what would be a reasonable expectation about receiving my order.

The website is extremely easy to navigate. I found my gold round quickly. The prompts that were presented were clear and easy to answer. I am buying from the U.S. and had no problem paying for my order. One point that may be improved is in the area of the address or destination field for America buyers. We do not have house numbers after the street name. We use house numbers before the street name. The house number field in the order form is mandatory so as a result, my order had the house number before, and after the street name. The item was delivered properly, even though the address was unusual for my postal Service. That would be the only criticism. The shipping was quick, the notifications of order received, and shipping in progress, were promptly sent via email. Your IT people are doing a great job. Keep it up. Thanks again.

On March 29th, I bought the Official Restrike Lion Dollar 2026 Silver 1 Ounce for 199,00 € + 10,95 € shipment (total 209,95€) through the website of the royal dutch mint. The order was shipped but never arrived at my home address. The shipment was made with PostNL.
The last update available on PostNL website is on May 22nd, where it states "Incorrect address; return shipment to sender" (but the address I entered was the correct address of my home).
I received the last response on May 13th from some employees of the royal dutch mint: I was told that an investigation was ongoing and that, being an international shipment, it would take several weeks.
I have also contacted diretcly PostNL several times and I was told they cannot release information regarding my shipment and to contact the sender (i.e., royal dutch mint) directly.
Therefore, in the following weeks, I repeatedly emailed for information without receiving, NEVER, any further responses.
I ended up using a different email address to try to contact them again, and they finally told me they were very sorry, and that PostNL was also unable to assist them to find out where the shipment was. They also told me they'd replied to the emails I sent, but they kept receiving error messages in response (they didn't end up in the spam folder); how can it possible the client assistance can't respond to a client?!
Now, over three months have passed since the order date, so I procedeed with a discharge with my bank, who will face after directly the royal dutch mint.
Very bad experience, very bad assistance, it was the first and last order I made, I will not buy anything more from royal dutch mint and I don't recommend it to anyone, because if something goes wrong with the shipment, you won't receive any assistance from anyone, other than empty words and no concrete help in trying to get the shipment delivered or at least a refund of the money spent.

Never received my order and support didn't reply to my mail.

Beautiful coin. I love the series. I will be collecting yearly from now on.
