Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our apologies that you are still awaiting your order.
We are only notified that a parcel could not be delivered once it has been returned to us by the courier, which has not yet happened in this case.
Having looked into your order, it appears the delivery issue arose because the house number was not included in the delivery address at the point of checkout.
We will be contacting you shortly to confirm your full address, so that once the parcel is returned to us, we can dispatch it to you again without delay.

Avoid!!
I usually love route one and spend quite a lot of money in the shops for my other half and son.
But, I ordered my son some dickies black trousers for school (the ones that apparently attract all the hair and won’t come off) He tried them on once, too big. Packaged back up straight away and paid £6 delivery to send back to get an email saying they won’t accept the return because they had some hair on them. Sorry, but in my opinion that is a stupid excuse.. and I won’t ever be using route one again.. lost my custom thank you!

We appreciate that items may pick up a small amount of hair or debris when tried on at home, and we always take this into account when inspecting returns. On this occasion, however, the trousers were returned with a significant amount of animal hair from top to bottom, and were therefore no longer in their original condition as required by our terms and conditions. As a result, we were unable to accept the return.

Make it clear that returns are not free
I wish it was more obvious on the website that I would have to pay to return items myself. I have not had to do that for years from other companies and would not have purchased shoes from R1 if it was clear returns are the purchaser to pay for.
I bought a pair of Adidas skate shoes, which are ridiculously a lot smaller than standard adidas staff in R1 shop later said this is a ‘thing’ . £5 original then another £5 to return. Feel like I was robbed
