Still waiting for a pair of trainers I ordered 8 days ago…
Ordered a pair of trainers on wed last week, were sent out tracked 48 next morning, arrived at my local depot early hours sun morning and not moved since… it’s now Thursday, how long do I have to wait before asking for a refund… I know it’s not the the vendors fault but they did choose the delivery carrier…

Good experience, but paid returns
Good shopping experience, products and delivery but you have to pay for your own returns. Just paid £25 to return some pairs of jeans and a shirt.

False Advertising! Butter Goods Trousers Wrong Size
I just bought the Butter Goods camo Trousers for £120 which I was so excited to receive they were listed at size 34 Regular. When they eventually arrived the waist size was way too big. With a measuring tape I measured they came to Size 38 and was ridiculously too big with a label that said 34. I just had to send them back in the post which cost me £16 quid to return. I want to buy them again but how am I supposed to guess what size I am now to make sure they’ll fit? 28? 32? How do I know when I get the next pair if they are going to fit? And if I have to spend another £16 to send them back again and be already spent a significant amount on the trousers now I’m under even more money. It’s very frustrating and the trousers should be advertised correctly on the website with a guide for them. I would like to be informed what the real size of the trousers are and feel like I should be owed for the delivery fee

I will gladly tell you what made my experience great, so buckle up we are going in.
Route one have been around for years and I mean years. You don't survive when your company is terrible. They always sell genuine products not like some companies where you receive a t-shirt and it's never seen the DC factory in fact it's took a long route bypassing said factory my miles and miles. Route ones own products have always been top quality at a generous price. Who doesn't like that. Great staff as well very helpful on any phone conversation I've had with them.
