I rented a room in Brooklyn, really spacious, bright and well equipped. The support team responds quickly. Overall, it was a good experience.

100% paid reviews. During the harshest winter NYC has ever faced, my appartment had no heating no hot water, been ongoing for over a month now. NOTHING has been done, over 30 emails sent. terrible place, don't rent here

I moved to NYC a year ago and Roomrs was exactly what I needed: a transparent, well-designed platform for quickly finding a good-looking living space without having to worry about finding/moving furniture or securing roommates. The support team was extremely responsive. My experience with the roommates I had was very positive too coming away with some new genuine friendships.

RoomRS is really ideal if you’re coming from outside the US and looking for short term lease!

The virtual tour are helping a lot to visualize all apartments and the room look exactly how they are on the pictures so not bad surprises (the fact that they also give you the bedsheets and towels is super useful so that you don’t have to run everywhere to get what you need once you arrive)!

The sales team is really helpful and you can quickly have a meeting with them for discussing the potential leases, really recommend it !
