Roofriendly Omdömen

Cold call today from Roofriendly salesman; I politely said sorry, but I was eating and wasn’t interested anyway, but the salesman continued to thrust a leaflet in my hand and launched into his pitch; when I further attempted to tell him that my Husband had plans to do roof repairs himself, he very rudely sneered that there were bits falling off, and continued to speak over me; eventually, I told him sorry (again) but I was in the middle of eating and closed the door, while he still carried on talking outside. I would suggest some training for this salesman, to address his aggressive and offensive manner - this is clearly not an acceptable or productive communication style for any company to have representing their business.

Just been cold called on my doorstep by this company. Their dales person was rude and arrogant. Would never use them.

Fantastic product ( front composite door) and a brilliant range of products at a reasonable cost.
Everybody from the admin team, fitters and all others involved made the process of having a new door fitted seamless. There was a slight bit of remedial work required after fitting however they came out, did it straight away and the fitter Jack was brilliant.

We've recently had our windows ordered and fitted by Roofriendly and couldn't be happier with the service.
The team did a fantastic job from start to finish, they were incredibly thorough, tidy, and professional.
We are delighted with the results and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality windows and fitting.

Erik was a super sales ambassador for 'Roof Friendly' Home Improvements. His amiable character and attention to detail was impeccable. His visit covered every aspect of the company's mission commitment and provided us with an honest and valuable quote for our window replacements.
Erik is definitely a great asset to 'Roof Friendly' and if we decide to go ahead and replace the windows he is definitely our first port of call..

Punctuality of sales and surveyor.
Work completed in a very neat and tidy manner.
Outstanding quality of products used.
10 windows installed over 48hrs.
This is our second big project with this company after a conservatory 4 years ago.
Very satisfied customer 👍

Absolutely thrilled with our new front door and side panels from Roofriendly — it looks fantastic and brings in so much more light. The fitters were friendly, polite and worked quickly even in the freezing cold. Great service and brilliant finish. Highly recommend!

We had the whole house triple glazed with Roofriendly and we are so happy with the job, we recently had a problem with a patio door dropping slightly and someone came on the date as promised, the man that came was so nice and polite, can't fault them.

Jack came out to fix the bottom part of our front door which was still covered by its 10 yr guarantee,I called the office and it was so easy to sort out a new part and for Jack to fix it for us, we had Roofriendly in 2017 to do all windows and doors, and 2023 to do facia and guttering, we wouldn't use anyone e else! Highly recommend

Just had a visit from Roofriendly to sort out a door that was sticking - sorted in no time ! They were so quick to respond to my email too ! Fabulous service from friendly guys - highly rated

Had all windows , facias and guttering done. Different crews. All worked efficiently, cleanly and friendly. Prices good. Definitely recommend them. Jobs were done at different times

Just had 5 windows and 1 door fitted. They look fantastic so pleased, no mess or marks anywhere.
Would highly recommend roofriendly.
Thank you im delighted

From salesman, office to fitters all excellent, friendly, informative staff. Clean & tidy, brilliant robust product. Could not fault it. Had 10 windows and 2 doors, triple glazed. Not expensive and Luke, Luke & Chris were excellent. Worked tiresly without breaks in cold damp weather. Cleaned up as well. Jack did the finishing touches and was excellent and friendly. The workmanship was 2nd to none. Very solid and secure units. We have had 3 other properties done in the past and this company's product and workmanship rose above them all. Price was extremely competitive as well. Any future moves/projects we will use them again as not prepared to go anywhere else now. Excellent👏👏, well done team could not fault a single thing and we are fussy.

Jack was brilliant and fixed our door with lightning speed - a huge relief and now I'm a bit wiser about door frames!

Jack fitted two replacement top windows in my conservatory today in very difficult weather conditions. A job done with minimal fuss and with a cheeful manner. Thank you.

They were very friendly and did a great job.
Jack was excellent

great service, great windows, no mess, no fuss, decent price

Great company! It’s been a pleasure dealing with them. Highly recommend them. If you’re looking for technical advice ask for Hirsz, he really knows what he’s talking about.

2 cold callers came to my door today, despite having a ring door bell they hammered on the door so hard it sounded like they were trying to break in. When I refused a leflet they became abusive and swore at me. Obvouisly a nice company and one to avoid.

Graham came today to complete the survey, lovely service advised on the choice of privacy glass to go with the front door and which doors would fit at the back as it’s quite narrow. Very helpful and explained the process for the fitting of the windows and doors.
