Erik
Erik came to my home to help me decide on the window design and overall options, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient, taking the time to explain the different styles, materials, and features in a clear and easy-to-understand way. He really listened to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy at all. The whole visit felt relaxed and professional, and I came away feeling confident about my choices. I’d happily recommend Erik to anyone looking for honest advice and great customer service.

Double glazing swapped for tripple glazing!
The company's Rep who came to explain the company's products in detail was very 'personable' and informative.
Having agreed our overall contract to replace all first floor windows and balcony door tjhis was timetabled swiftly.
On the day of execution the two personnel arrived on time, were very personable while carryong out removal of all double glazed window frames and panes along with the door too.
They then set to work installing the news framework for the tripple glazed replacements taking great care of established fittings and decorations such that nothing needed attention once their job was finished.
Highly recommended!

Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review. We’re delighted to hear that you found our representative both personable and informative, we believe the planning stage is just as important as the installation.
It’s also wonderful to know that our fitting team took such great care of your home and decorations. Leaving a space exactly as we found it (but with much better windows!) is always our goal. We’re so glad you’re happy with the new triple glazing and appreciate the recommendation.

I would definitely not recommend this Company…
I would definitely not recommend this company as they failed to turn up for an agreed appointment on the 27th November 2025 @ 16.00 for a door survey despite confirming they would attend. They have not responded to emails, txt, fb as to why they failed to attend.
UPDATE !!!!
They've just responded to my review, guess what they're now trying to blame me for not answering a call the evening before to confirm the appointment the following day, well I can categorically say that alleged call NEVER took place and I have my phone records to back me up. !!!!
You are lying, !! if this is the standard of your customer service then I'm glad you did not get my business.

I've had various jobs done by Roofriendly over the last 22 years,
From Fascias, windows and doors.
I've called them out once to re adjust the door (which they promptly did)
The company is professional and friendly. And the quality of both the products and installations has been excellent.
