Carte pas activée car nous n'avons jamais reçu le mail pour le faire. Il a fallu régler ce désagrément sur place ce qui nous a fait perdre du temps. Ensuite, carte pas du tout avantageuse car au final nous avons paye6bien plus cher que si nous avions acheté les billets sur place (en gros perte de la moitié du montant de la carte).
En gros nous avons vraiment eu le sentiment de nous être faits arnaquer. Heureusement, Rome est une merveille à découvrir, c'est ce dont nous nous souviendrons.

Concernant l'activation et la réservation des visites, nous avons envoyé un e-mail pour confirmer la commande, un pour recevoir l'envoi et les cartes ont été emballées dans une feuille avec des instructions claires pour la réservation, et les mots :
LA RÉSERVATION EST FONDAMENTALE POUR ACTIVER VOTRE OMNIA CARD : SANS RÉSERVATION LA OMNIA CARD N'EST PAS ACTIVE ET NE FONCTIONNERA DONC PAS
Nous serons plus prudents et trouverons un moyen plus direct de faire lire les informations que nous envoyons.
Nous nous excusons à nouveau, cependant, nous sommes heureux de votre appréciation de la ville de Rome et des merveilles du Vatican.

Un desastre para el dinero que nos gastamos.
Fuimos tres días a Roma y la tarjeta era de 72 horas, un día lo perdimos por ser fiesta y no poder contactar con nadie para recogerlas
Quisimos entrar en el Coliseo y la tarjeta que también incluía (Roma pass) no la pudimos emplear para entrar por falta de entradas destinadas a esa tarjeta.
El autobús turístico difícil de usar por no haber paradas y no cumplir el horario.
Había mucha falta de información

Troppa confusione a partire dai siti che nn permettevano la registrazione, stessa cosa l’app che doveva essere molto utile ma non prendeva il codice delle carte. Le prenotazioni invece di essere fatte su un unica piattaforma erano tutte da fare su siti diversi( a parte 3da prenotare su rome&vatican)

Je suis totalement déçue de la prestation. Je n ai jamais reçu le deuxième bon afin de visiter le musée du Vatican. J'ai loupé la visite de ma vie en dépensant 2 x 129 euros pour juste un trajet en bus jaune qui ne passe presque jamais qui ne s’arrête pas quand les touristes le saluent et pour ne pas visiter le musée du Vatican.Pour moi, c'est plus que du vol d'argent , c'est du vol de rêve.

Les accès aux lieux d'intérêt pour les détenteurs de l'Omnia Card ne sont pas ordinaires : il existe des points de rencontre où le personnel de l'Opéra Romana Pellegrinaggi, en plus de vous accompagner à l'entrée de vos visites, peut résoudre d'autres problèmes s'il y en a eu. .

Interessant pour le coupe file du…
Interessant pour le coupe file du Vatican, sinon, trop cher si vous partez un 1er weekend du mois, ou de nombreux musées et monuments sont en accés libres le dimanche, donc presque impossible d'y rentrer.
Nous avons été refoulé à la villa borghese, au Panthéon, et n'avaons pas pu profiter des 2 entrée incluse dans le forfait....

we bought this thinking we were going…
we bought this thinking we were going to be. using transport daily to get us around but when we got to our hotel we realised that we were right in the thick of places with the colosseum and Forum just around the corner. But getting in to places for free or with a discount still made it useful. Would recommend buying one if you are not in the centre and the hop on bus was good to see where the places were.
