My daughter has been renting a flat through Romans Winchester for 2 years. Throughout the whole time Ceri Evans has been brilliant. Very helpful and professional and she has seen to any problems reported extremely promptly and efficiently through to satisfactory conclusion. Excellent and caring service

When Romans took over the management of the property I was renting Ceri was so professional whilst friendly and showed empathy to any of my queries right up to the end of my Tenancy ( she also showed humour which is very necessary due to the lack of some of my tech skills!🤣)

We have had mixed experiences in the past, however, Ceri was then assigned to us as our contact for maintenance of the property some time ago. She has always given us first class service.
