Good experience viewing properties with Emily of Uxbridge branch yesterday. Personable, helpful and informative
I recently bought my first property, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend Romans to anyone looking to purchase a property. A big thank you to Rachael, Aarun, and Kelsee for their excellent service and support throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and stress-free, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!

From start to end everything was really good. Rachel, Arun, Kelsee and Luthfur Rahman were all very kind, helpful, professional. All made sure that I was aware at each step how things were progressing during the purchase.
The only 1 recommendation that I have is the hamper box which is given when you collect the key, maybe be worth looking/asking the customer they may not like, or maybe for religious reasons to have alcohol based or gelatine based products.

Having had a few property managers in recent months, it was great to know that my new manager Skye Jones was on top of all the changes that had been going on.
Skye has kept me upto date and informed at every stage of the transition between new tenants, which has reduced my stress and anxiety during the whole process.
This branch is absolutely useless. I went in with my SO and told them all the details they needed such as bedrooms, date my current tenancy ended, when I needed to move out etc.
They then showed us a property and told us it was available from the 11th of august (First lie they told) where we emailed saying that we will pay the holding deposit with the intention of moving in on the 28th of August.
After a stupid amount of reference checks which with most the lettingshub said they didn’t need and that I should send it to the agency, who in turn forgot they requested it.
We finally got our contract which said the 13th of September…
After calls with the Sal (head office person who was amazing) we found out that the property was actually available from the 13th of September.
Since our tenancy finished before the 13th we were livid.
The manager of the branch is useless.
The amount of times Sal had to apologise on their behalf is insane.
After a bit of back and forth we moved in on the 4th of September to a flat that was absolutely destroyed, a mess and contained mould!
The agency told the landlord it was spotless and told me there looked to be no serious problems!
Overall don’t deal with this branch.

I am with another estate agent but this company Romans send me regular letters about my property sale now that it is on the market. They clearly scan the market. The latest letter says:

Efficient estate agents know the local markets
It was very difficult to get in contact with the local branch sales team when I was making offers and trying to book in viewings. The local branch did not call back when they said they would. I was doing a lot of the chasing. Unfortunately, it was not the best purchasing experience. However, the move manager communicated very fast and efficiently. I have no complaints about the move manager.

Zara from Romans -Uxbridge was the best, she helped us secure the right house that met our needs and kept us informed of the whole process. Zara went an extra mile when we thought it might fall through. I will definitely recommend Zara at Romans-Uxbridge if you need a place to rent.👌🏾

We had fantastic service selling our flat with Saad at Romans Uxbridge. He found a great buyer for us. We had doubts at the time and a competing offer, but he convinced us to go with with his buyer with well reasoned cogent explanation of facts and details, which we are very glad he did! He was also vital later on in the selling process when some delays and communication issues arose between the conveyancing solicitors. He was quick to fully understand the issues and communicated quickly and clearly with the buyer and their solicitor, which was a key factor in getting these issues resolved quickly.
The other members of staff involved in our sale at Romans Uxbridge, were also very good, and were all very polite, friendly and professional. Special thanks in particular to Arun who did some of our viewings, and Natalie from the Move Management team.
