I contacted Romans Tilehurst for a probate sale after an unexpected death in the family. I had a couple of local estate agents out but Sarah was knowledgeable, genuine, experienced, and compassionate and this was the deciding factor over the other agents which gave off ‘first job/desperate for commission vibes’ which is not the approach for a probate sale. Sale proceeded as planned and we were kept updated. Thank you for your support at a difficult time.

These guys at the Tilehurst office are great. Mark and Steve have been super helpful with helping me set up however the person I have dealt with the most, and the star of the show in my eyes, has to be Nathan Poulter.

Quick enough to request your rent deposit but very slow to return it. Seems they probably have it sat in their account earning them interest on it instead of returning it straight away!
