Been a client with Romans for the third year now and they have always been wonderful with their customer service may it be Maint., Property manager or admin staff.
Dealing with Jessica Philips our Property Manager for a while now and she has been amazing. She always delivers and is very reliable. Has exceptional customer service qualities. Very swift with her replies and accommodating to our requests. She provides high quality service, is responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this real estate property management to those who want smooth transactions.Wonderful management. Very communicative and patient with customers as well as quick to fix any issues you may have with the property you rent.

Amazing Service from the Staines branch
We received an amazing service from Yas, Jon and Ammar who dealt with our property purchase. They were very professional,ready to help and were able to update us with what was going on with the other side. As first time buyers, property buying can be a very daunting process. At the latter part of the process,Ammar too over the purchasing. He was always available to help, he explained the process, which questions we needed to ask our solicitors and explained all jargons used.They went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was completed in time. Thank you Romans for making our firsy home buying process a memorable one. Will definitely recommend!!
