Rock + Run Omdömen 

I ordered an item that they can't shipped to spain, but web system shopping doesn't explain it so. Therefore, I payed by credit card and several days after I am still waiting for refund!

The shipment, product, packaging & delivery were in high standard.

I was looking for a down coat, and came across this at a fantastic price. With some trepidation (as a good price often means poor service) I put in the order. It came promptly, in good condition, I was kept informed of the state of the order at all times. The product as you would expect from Rab is high quality, extremely warm, and although I cannot make any comment about how robust it might be, I am extremely happy. Full marks.

Ordered a t-shirt the day before christmas i arrived the day after boxingday, now when you think how busy the post is this time of the year all i can say is fantastic and in plenty of time for my first comp. of the year in january 10/10.....

ps when do we get to see the rock + run t-shirts (hint hint)

I was struggling to find a shop with available stock of Anasazi 5.10s in time for Christmas. Rock + Run had the shoes in stock at a very reasonable price. Ordering was easy, tracking information was given and delivery was as expected.

Bought a pair of Red Chili Corona size 10.5

Normally £90 these bad boys were on offer at £45. Having tried a size 11 and size 10 I took a punt that the 10.5 would be just right, worst case they went on ebay for £20 more than I paid.

The 10.5 arrived promptly and fit perfectly.

Have been using Rock + Run for at least the past 10 years, always have had a good service from them, the only problem Ive had was when they have used diffrent postal carriers.Always prefered Royal Mail, because if I am out can pick parcel from local office.
But all in all great service.

Best brands, big collection of models, to register is optional, fast international service.

Ordered a few Xmas presents for myself. Haven't used them yet as I have to wait until Xmas day, but they were delivered super quick.

This was my Grandson's wish for Christmas, so I was pleased that the item came just as described and very promptly.

Only bought a chest harness to replace a damaged one on my Salomon rucsac but although not a perfect fit it should do the trick. Quick reliable service but postage a little steep for a small item.

Fast and good service

The experience was smooth using the website when completing the order as it was well laid out and easy to follow. The turn around was relatively good for my item to be dispatched. The updates on the order were good to have as it gave me a good idea as to when it would arrive and it arrived on time.

Can't fault them on anything always prompt delivery and friendly service.
