Robinsons Estate Agents Omdömen

We bought our house through the Robinsons branch in Durham. Everyone we had contact with was very professional but Stacey, in particular, was very helpful in guiding us through the process. Very happy

From the start Robinson’s Estate Agents at Sedgefield have been excellent in providing an enjoyable and effortless experience from advertising to selling my property.
Ryan, Sharon and Danni have all been very professional in dealing with matters and keeping me informed of progress.
I fully recommend their first class service.

A huge thanks to Michelle, Chelsea, Karen & Michael at the Chester Le Street branch. After a shockingly poor experience with another Estate Agent, I decided to contact Michael and give the Robinsons Team a try. Michael came straight out and within a week I had a pristine ad on the website, with absolutely fantastic images and a cracking write-up. I couldn't have asked for more. And the proof in the pudding - within a couple of weeks I'd secured a sale, and that was after 3 months with the previous agent. Fantastic. Great after-service, loads of communication through the whole process to completion (thanks Chelsea). I couldn't recommend them more highly!

I have been very impressed with the service and care shown to me by the Robson team.
I was never ignored and was given a very personal, caring service (very rare nowadays!).
I highly recommend them to you.
With very best wishes Susan Lee (client)

Robinsons - Sedgefield. A fantastic service form Ryan, Sharon and Danni. Professional and approachable, they did not let the grass grow in finding potential buyers on our behalf. Once the sale was agreed, we were kept in the loop as to how things were progressing and were always on hand to offer guidance and advice when requested. Would definitely recommend. Well done all!

We sold our house and bought our new one through the Sedgefield branch and Ryan, Sharon and Danni were all super helpful with any queries or issues we had during the process. They were unfailingly polite throughout, and always stayed positive. Their knowledge of the local housing market was also spot on, which was very encouraging.

Very helpful, sorted any queries very quickly. Highly recommend Robinsons.

Ryan, Sharon and Danni helped us every step of the way with selling our house. They all know the housing market so well and know exactly how to help and advise with any issues with the sale. I won't hesitate to recommend or use them again with any house sale or purchase.

We used Robinsons to conduct a Level 2 survey of a house we wanted to buy. The survey came back with no issues (other than a side door to the garage needed replacing). We bought the house on the strength of the survey.
Two and a half years later the roof collapsed on an extension to the house. The Survey did not pick up any of the issues with the DIY roof, e.g. joists held together with flimsy metal brackets, no joists connected to walls, use of decking to build the roof, etc. We contacted Robinsons and they found excuses to get themselves out of any liability. Almost £15k to fix the roof. I'd never, ever recommend a 'John Wayne' business to anyone.

Julie and the team at Robinsons assisted us with the purchase of our dream family home. Updates were continuous and they supported us through a tedious process, often made worse through the lack of response from our solicitors. Thanks again, we would highly recommend Robinsons to anyone looking to sell their home.

Angela of Robinsons Crook was an absolute star. We were kept informed of everything and answered questions without delay. Pleasant, professional and very very helpful in what was an extremely protracted sale.

Chester Le Street branch of Robinsons Estate Agents recently sold my house near Beamish. When Michael came out to view and value the property I was really impressed how the photographs and descriptions in the brochure he produced totally matched and reflected our conversation regarding the strengths and positive aspects about the property. It really showed it off to its best. A day later the property was on the market and I accepted a full asking price offer the following morning. Michelle Chelsea and Karen in the office were efficient and helpful in the following period until a sale went through successfully. Thank you all very much.

Very quick and efficient in getting viewings organised as soon as they put the property on the market and always kept you up to date on any offers made.
Very friendly and courteous throughout the whole the process. Many thanks

During my recent house sale, I have found that the team at Robinsons in Sedgefield have handled every aspect of the sale in a competent, friendly and understanding manner. I have been kept informed of developments every step of the way and would like to thank them for my positive experience with them.

Lynn and her team at the Bishop Auckland branch were top notch when it came to selling my house, they were very professional at every stage of selling, unlike some I have encountered. They are experienced and easy to deal with and sold my house with no fuss, I would definitely use them again!
