Riverside Garden Centre Omdömen

The website offers a good range of products, critically for me some large cushion storage bags. The bags I ordered are great quality and a very competitive price. Amazingly they were also delivered 48 hours after purchase which was really helpful for me to get the cushions stored away. Excellent service!

I bought an artificial plant which looked nothing like picture online when I asked for this item to be returned I was simply told I would have to incur the cost to return the item ( to quote their rude customer service email: " We do not provide free returns" that was all it said nothing else !!! ). As the item did not look like it was advertised this feels to me very unjust and very unfair.

Great. Items all at very reasonable price compared to other providers (including Amazon). Fast delivery. Payment through Anson account makes things easy too. Thank you.

In these strange times I have found a reliable and extensively stocked company able to support my wish to spend time in the garden during lockdown.

I’m a fan of Weber and am happy to recommend Riverside who are keeping me happy during this sunny (but restricted) period. Pleased to recommend them!

Ordering was straightforward and delivery prompt.

Perfect prompt delivery, will definitely use again

I had previously owned my last Weber BBQ for 12 years and was already a fan of the brand! I researched my new Weber 310 Spirit 2 on the web where I found this company. I must say that I’m absolutely over the moon with my latest purchase , the build quality of all the components and the innovations they made since my last buy. The company Riverside have also been first class with advice /communication and delivery. I will be using them again and have no hesitation in recommending them .They used TNT for the bbq and DPD for the cover delivered a few days later.

Good product line with clear details of product. Speedy delivery

Good website, good value and fast delivery. I would use this company again.

Bought on a couple of occasions from Riverside online, and the experience is always excellent. Very informative and speedy delivery.

Great selection, pricing and super fast delivery. Very pleased!

Super fast delivery, next day, even in the current climate! Really good price and quality product, thank you!

Randomly found this place on Google and ordered some artificial plants just before Easter weekend and paid for next day delivery. Super pleased with my order and thank you for sending so quickly despite circumstances. Will be ordering again 😊

Ordered a Weber BBQ with some accessories during COVID 19 lockdown. I was fearful we would endure significant delays in delivery, however as promised the BBQ and accessories were delivered within 48 hours.
Great price, great service.

I have had a Weber 7416 charcoal starter for 5 years sadly its very much passed it sell by date. I thought getting a new on would be easy however it turns out that entering "Weber 7416" will show you all sorts of Knock offs. I was therefore pleased to find Riverside selling the genuine article.

Brilliant first class service..... spare parts received in less than 24 hours

Great Service, arrived next day! Even in the troubled times we face at the moment. Many Thanks.
