I needed to get my elderly dad who is…
I needed to get my elderly dad who is not very good on his feet from the barmy arms pub to Whitton. When I phoned up I spoke to a lovely lady and explained he’s disabilities and that he was on his own.
She said it wouldn’t be a problem at all and took mine and my father’s numbers.
I got a phone call from her later on to say they had picked him up and he was fine and then another to let me know he was at his destination. It’s so lovely to see there are still some people and companies out there that do care.

Getting your dad from Twickenham over to Whitton was a straightforward enough job on paper, but when someone is travelling alone and not steady on their feet the phone calls matter every bit as much as the car, so I am pleased we kept you updated at both ends. I will make sure the lady who took your booking sees this, as she will be very glad to read it. If your dad needs a car again, just give us a call and we will look after him the same way.

Never been late in 5 years!
I have used Ridesmiths for several years now, mostly to and from Heathrow. I’ve never missed a flight and the drivers have never, ever been late.
The cars are great, the drivers are lovely - interesting to talk to and always very professional.
Thoroughly recommend.
