The person behind the counter was very patient and helpful. He spent quite some time researching into the piece of equipment that I needed. The Bluetooth adaptor that he recommended works perfectly.

On this occasion we were served by Kevin who was friendly, polite and listened to our needs.
Once home our initial choice proved not so good so were returned and another selection made. This we still have and are happy with it.

Wonderful service
Very friendly, efficient service. As a woman of a certain age, I often feel dismissed in electronics stores, but Richer Sounds in York was fantastic. Very helpful staff. They didn’t have what I needed but were able to order it to be delivered to my home and it arrived earlier than expected!

Brilliant Service
Have had a fantastic first time experience with RS and they will now be my go to for electrical items.
Bought a new hifi stacking system via Arron in RS York. Communication was brilliant with him, he answered all my questions and the delivery was next day....absolutely brilliant.

Incredibly helpful advice from Kevin in York when I wanted to upgrade my Sonos arc to an arc ultra. He arranged both trade in and delivery in a very efficient and friendly manner. Highly recommended.

Great service and honest advice
Always have great service from Richer Sounds and honest advice which is very much appreciated. Small issue with a missing accessory which was sorted quickly between York and my local store. Do wish website pricing and availability was more accurate, especially on clearance deals.
