Outstanding purchase from Richer Sounds! The website is easy to navigate, the products are clearly described and images are fantastic. Joining the VIP Club was easy and free, and saved me £100 off my TV purchase price; including the £10 first purchase voucher, it amounted to £110 in total, a phenomenal deal! Communication from Richer Sounds after purchase was immediate and comprehensive, including invoice and a link to delivery options. Delivery was on the day chosen, and a time slot of 3 hours was given, although traffic issues outside of their control meant my TV delivery was a little late! The delivery person was polite and friendly. I unequivocally recommend this product and seller! Absolutely outstanding!

I'd heard so many positive things about Richer Sounds, and having now experienced their service firsthand, I can certainly understand why they have such an excellent reputation.
From start to finish, the experience was exemplary. Delivery was exceptionally fast and efficient, and the customer service was truly second to none.
Unfortunately, I ultimately decided to return my purchase as it didn't quite meet my expectations. This was, however, through absolutely no fault of Richer Sounds. They handled the entire returns process flawlessly, with the utmost professionalism and not the slightest inconvenience or fuss.
It's rare to encounter a company that delivers such outstanding service, particularly when things don't go entirely to plan.
Wholeheartedly recommended. I'll definitely be shopping with Richer Sounds again in the future!

Great TV at a good price. Free delivery came within 2 working days too so can't fault that, was given a 3 hour slot for delivery a day in advance which was very helpful. Would highly recommend Richer Sounds.

Delivery was via DPD so that is a bonus for me. They give you an estimated delivery slot and give regular updates. As it happens my delivery was split over 2 separate vans which caused me some confusion in that after the initial delivery I though I had missing items. I phoned Richer sounds online support, wasn't kept waiting for ages and actually spoke to a real person who was super helpful. he even emailed afterwards to ensure all my items had arrived. Overall really happy with the delivery service and the customer service from Richer sounds.
