Richer Sounds - Tunbridge Wells Omdömen 

I have used Richer Sounds in business and personally for over 10 years. I have found their business model results in the customer being treated fairly and honestly. The customer service provided by the Richer Sounds team is exemplary. If only all businesses were like this.

As a family we have been buying from RicherSounds for over 40yrs and it is always our first port of call . There is never any sales pressure only good advice and prompt service . Many years ago our television expired just out of the RicherSounds 6 yr period . I went into Tun Wells where we’d bought it and was told “ That's bad luck but we’ll honour the guarantee so choose another tv “. That’s why we not only go there ourselves but advise others to try it . So far none have been disappointed. Top company . Top Service . 5*

The hifi was just what I wanted and at the right price. Being a older person I just managed to get everything to work. The members of the staff did give me several directions of advice.

Always helpful, friendly service. Staff who know what they are talking about and always ready to give advice.

Purchased small smart tv. Knowledgeable polite staff in store. Helpful advice willingly given when setting up tv and fitting to wallmount. A voucher that was a few years old was accepted without any fuss and that pleased me.

Good solid advice on solving vinyl to wireless speaker solution using existing kit as much as possible.

We got a prior quote, rang up few weeks later to place the order and it was ready and waiting for us 2 days later as promised. Great service!

Excellent service apart from not informing me that there was no HDMI cable supplied to connect the tv and soundbar I purchased. I called after delivery to question this snd was then given the prices for a connecting cable, i was also informed that I may not need one if the wifi connectivity was satisfactory

Excellent service at Tunbridge Wells location. Knowledgeable and helpful Manager and staff. Reasonably priced product,(Sony TV). TV came with six year warranty at no extra cost. TV was installed by extremely pleasant operative at a time and date of my choosing.

The team at Tunbridge Wells were absolutely brilliant when I collected some Klipsch speakers and they accidentally managed to sell me an Orange O Turntable which I didn’t need but really wanted. They’ve assured me my next visit will be just as fun and entertaining but maybe less hugging guys ;)

In all seriousness. It’s so lovely to have a local team to me that are so amazing!

I ordered a turntable through their website and I was able to pick it up the next day at my local store quick and easily.

I bought a 55 inch Panasonic TV from Richer Sounds in Tunbridge Wells. Although I was confident I had done due diligence on the TV I initially wished to purchase for a specific commercial purpose, a Samsung, Joe the manager gave me insite and good advice which turned my attention towards the Panasonic. He allowed me access to the screen with my own device and then gave me three options on my final purchase - new, demo and factory returned. I got a blinding deal, a fantastic TV and it was delivered to my living room the next day as promised. In this day and age where customer service and delivery companies constantly let you down, I was thrilled to know that all is not lost. Well done Joe and team, well done Richer Sounds. 👏

Have always had a good experience with Richer Sounds. They seem to stock the best range of quality items backed up by the 1970s/1980s customer service ethic that has sadly been lost.
The genuinely seems to want help customers rather than just sell you something and can't do enough to help.
