We went into Richer Sounds, Preston, looking for advice on TV soundbars. Matt was fantastic, courteous & patient. We were looking primarily for tv soundbars experience but also some separate music experience. We knew nothing about soundbars. Matt explained the different options and demo’d them all. We were delighted to buy two Polk Signa 2 soundbars. These were dead easy to set up at home and give us fantastic sound at an unexpectedly affordable price point. We will definitely return for future picture or music tech and we would fully recommend Matt & the team at Richer Sounds, Preston, without reservation. Thanks Matt 👍.

I went into Richer sounds looking for a set of speakers for my hifi system. I was given excellent advice on what to buy and did so , and am now enjoying my new sound system thanks to the Richer Sounds team who gave me such expert advice. I will be back again in the future for my next project.

I went to Curry's for the same TV they told me I couldn't have a delivery on a Saturday! I had to pay delivery with 5 year Guarantee for £300
I got my money back and started my search on the internet! I can show you both receipts!
I found Richer sound, within 15 minutes I bought my TV £400 cheaper, The sales assistant in the Preston store was amazing on the phone, I also got a projector free of charge, delivery FOC the next day which was a Saturday when I wasn't working, 5 year guarantee FOC! I wont shop anywhere else again! Thanks so much

Knowlegeable and helpful staff. Explained all options offered advice and as I needed a new stand showed me different options includi g a stand that fixed to back of tv whoch would then rest on existing tv stand.

I sent an email to the Preston shop asking for their best price for a SAMSUNG TV and Recorder and player.
Howie answered my email with good prices so we went into the shop to ask advice on both.
We bought the tv and saved money on the recorder and player separately.
We have always bought from RICHER SOUNDS because they are the experts. GOOD KNOWLEDGE.

Good experience with staff from the store on the phone. We took advantage of the 2 week return policy but liked the product so kept it anyway. After the purchase I noticed that another company were offering the same tv for £200 less than Richer Sounds so sent in a request for price match which was refunded the same day with an extra £20 on top. Great service all round.

Staff very helpful far beyond your competitors.

Having debated for several weeks on which tv to choose, i arrived at Preston Richer sounds to be met by Howie . I found him to be very knowledgeable , helpful & courteous , He helped me make the right decision for me.
I had to ring up & spoke to Howie about a set up problem i had, he talked me through it & couldn't have been more helpful 10 out of 10 .

The help is there when you need it. Instead of talking to a machine which a lot of companies have adopted.

What can I say ??? Brilliant service as always. I have been buying TVs and audio items from richer sounds for a long time now and the reason I keep going back is the service is great. If you need any advice before you buy or after they are happy to help. I also recommend them to my own customers. This is the way I treat my customers and it works. I personally would like to thank Matt and the Preston shop. Nice talking and I will be back next time I need some other tech.

The men I spoke to really knew what they were talking about, and I was given a discount on just about everything I wanted.

A quick visit to the Preston shop resulted in the purchase of a Marantz streaming unit. It was a good purchase with great advice. A good experience .
