Friendly and very knowledgeable service. I did my research before buying a TV. I went to the shop to buy a specific LG model but left with a better specification LG tv at a better price - delighted.delivery was quick and used Richer Sounds own people who checked the product with me before leaving - no pressure
Only thing missing is my guarantee but I have chased up and expect that will be resolved.

Hobie was excellent in helping us choose a new TV and soundbar. He went above and beyond in giving us his advice and time in going through all our questions. After ordering in-store the TV and soundbar arrived the morning of the next day. Excellent experience and service; I will certainly recommend the store to others.

We wanted a particular TV from Richer Sounds. Although we are in Yorkshire the model was only available a distance from us but we eventually ordered from Preston branch. The TV was delivered two days later and works fine.

Called into my local store for advice. Chatted with the manager who very politely suggested that he didn’t want me to buy anything WITHOUT a bit more information re my current A/V setup. Once at home I emailed him as discussed and got his answer and product recommendation nigh on instantly!

It was very easy to order instore Preston. And I brought my tv that had a software problem and they mended it in shop also I wasn’t without tv they sent my new 65 inch lg the next day and it arrived in the morning could not ask or expect a better service really happy with richer sounds

We had a fairly good idea of what we wanted when we visited Richer Sounds about an upgrade to our tv. It was great to actually visit the store and discuss our options with a knowledgeable person for a change. Makes a change from the online options you get nowadays!

Always helpful and supportive

My tv stopped working so I contacted customer service and they said it wasn’t worth fixing so I got 10% off the price of the tv for every year I’d had it. So I still had enough money left to put towards a new tv which was in the VIP sale. Worked out as an absolute bargain. The staff at Richer sounds Preston took the order for my new tv and it was delivered to me the next day. Thank you Harrison and Matt at that branch more than helpful all the way. And Ilias at customer service too. Me now am a happy happy Customer and I always am after dealing with Richer Sounds.Need I say more I could but I’d be writing for a week

All the guys at Richie sounds was absolutely brilliant and so helpful when I went in to buy my tv. They had loads of time for me and to go through the options which were best suited for me. I would definitely recommend them. 100%. I will be definitely going back. Thank you Richie sounds. 10/10.

Friendly helpful staff. This is difficult because I know they can’t stock everything. Wanted an internet/DAB radio, had to order one and have it delivered to home to try, with the option to return/exchange it if I wasn’t happy. There were a couple of units I would have liked to compare but that wasn’t an option in store. As it happens I was happy with my first choice, so happy days.

Called into Preston at Xmas for advice on a video projector. Explained I wouldn't be buying for 6 months but still got a great deal of personal advice. Emailed recently to see if there was a newer or better option and was reassured that the model Id originally fancied was still the class leader. Agreed to buy it and was given a discount (unexpectedly) since I was still some weeks from moving into my new house.
