⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic service at the Plymouth Exeter Road branch!I recently visited the branch to purchase some interconnection cables and was served by Yang. He mentioned he was new to the sales team, but you would never have known it. Yang was incredibly helpful and took the time to check his notebook whenever he needed to verify information. It was great customer service, and he is going to be a brilliant asset to the team!

Very helpful assistant in the shop, delivery arrived on time and received a phone call to advise us that it had arrived in the shop. Excellent price given with the additional VIP voucher. Would definitely use Richer sounds again. Thank you it's nice to receive old fashioned treatment.

The new Sennheiser HD600 headphones I bought are insanely good. Some of the reviews say they lack bass but to my hearing I find them perfectly balanced.

Ordered a new TV - seamless and great value for money - fitting crew were sublime

I needed a new 10m, HDMI cable and like trying to pick a toothpaste of a supermarket shelf found it a bit confusing! One 'phone call later and I was very satisfied that I had ordered the right one, due primarily to the knowledge of the staff.
Despite choosing the slowest form of delivery, what I ordered on Saturday arrived Tuesday... excellent

Competitively priced quality brands sold by excellent helpful listening staff. Whenever possible I use Richer Sounds as I really appreciate the non pushed sensibly priced extended warranty options on the products, unlike the forcefully pushed commission earning overpriced warranty schemes sold by the major electrical outlets.

Ben was very knowledgeable about his job which made purchasing a new TV very easy. This is the first time I’ve purchased anything from richer sounds and it won’t be the last. Brilliant personalised experience which you can’t get with bigger chains like Curry’s but most of all they know what there talking about. The price point was cheaper than any where else. I had great customer service from your employees, very polite knew everything about the product did not push more expensive items, I ended up getting a radio as well as a new TV becouse of the great service and products
