We were recommended to you for your expertise and customer service..We found on visiting the shop that the advice given was excellent by Dave..We purchased a Mitchell and Brown TV 43" JB-43Q1811..This was delivered on time by a very helpful friendly and courteous delivery driver ...We think the Mitchell and Brown TV stand assembly instructions could be made more clearer with a more detailed drawing..We got there eventually but a simple more detailed diagram would have helped.. Otherwise excellent service

My relatively new TV from Richer Sounds just stopped working and I was very worried about what would happen and who would support me to get it repaired. You hear stories of people who have real problems when trying to get help from manufacturers and suppliers.
No need to worry here.

Excellent. Received a great service when I bought our kit 6y ago. I called to reclaim the cost of my unused warranty and received it back immediately. Perfect!

Excellent product. Quick delivery.
However I left instructions for the DPD delivery to leave in a safe place and they ignored it. Left on front doorstep. Wouldn't use them if I were you.

I ordered the LG C6H 83inch online, then I realised that I would be at work on the delivery day , I called them and was able to change the date , no issue , no drama , just changed, also if i need to change it again they said just call and they will change it again , for free.
I have purchased all of my Home Cinema kit from Richer Sounds , i would recommend them to anyone , whatever your budget, always great prices and very knowledgeable staff,and the customer service is second to none.
