Richer Sounds - Cardiff Omdömen 

Bought a Targa Harmony 1000CD from the Cardiff store on the 9th March 2026. Submitted a review for that sale; not very complimentary I'm afraid. Anyway the CD player started giving problem so I rang the store (Cardiff) and explained the problem. I was asked to bring the Targa to the store if it was convenient for me to do so. I did that and spoke to Mike who offered a full refund or exchange for new one. I opted for a refund which was duly given. My wife spotted a Targa 1000CD on a shelf and asked if that was the one we had heard demonstrated a few weeks ago. Yes it was. Mike offered a reduced price on this unit which we accepted and took it home. Very happy now. Thanks Mike, you've restored my faith in Richer Sounds.

Over the years I have found the experience and knowledge of the staff to be a massive credit to your company. I don't often find people who are bigger 'geeks' than me!!

Fabulous service from richer sounds with the purchase of some replacement speakers as my old B&W 600s had been attacked by the dog and we’re past repair unfortunately but replacing them with a pair of the 700s seemed logical to me as I like their sound. Easy job ordering online and came within two days in fab condition and no problems at all. The price was amazing and I have no complaints at all. Great job guys.

Thank you for taking time to discuss my projector replacement last Thursday 5th March. It was a tough decision to replace our old Optoma projector, establishing I required, price and specifications. Finally deciding on Optoma UHZ35, I'm so pleased with this product.

The picture is awesome and will hopefully provide many happy hours of viewing entertainment.

I recently bought a new turntable from Richer Sounds in Cardiff (Pro-Ject Debut E Carbon).
The staff were very knowledgeable, and first provided advice on how to get the best sound from my current deck. When I returned to buy a new turntable, they helpfully talked through a few different options and clearly explained the difference between them.
I’m really happy with the new record player. The sound is great and I’m enjoying playing some old vinyl again.

For my latest purchase I dealt with Mike at the Cardiff store. He was friendly, knowledgeable, happy to helpand made sure I ended up with the product I was after at a price I was happy with.

We knew we wanted expert advice, and we found it at Richer-Sounds(RS). Also lots of choice in the stock.
Mostly, our sales guy showed great patience with us. We are OAP's and know little about today's tech.
My only one complaint is that I still can't get my new DAB+ Radio to play in stereo, even after all the money we spent. But I would not hesitate to recommend RS to anyone for choice of stock, depth of knowledge and speedy next day delivery. We travelled from Brecon to visit them and it was very worthwhile.
