Richer Sounds - Cardiff Omdömen

An initial e mail sent to your Cardiff branch led to a recommendation for a power amplifier, perfectly paired to my speakers and turntable. I bought it.

Excellent experience at the store to select our purchase.
Only gave four stars as we did expect the delivery person to unpack the TV for us, especially as we are both elderly.

Local and always helpful

Sales staff very knowledgeable and helpful.Purchase and delivery very smooth and hassle free, as it was some 8 years ago from a different store, the memory of that transaction staying with me

Professional and friendly service, especially taking the time to explain things clearly. I don't always get things the first time around!

The guys at Rich sounds in Canton are really professional enthusiast who are knowledgeable and realistic about cutting throught to what you really need there is zero hard sell in fact the complete polar opposite opposite they could not do enough to make sure they were supporting me making the right decision

Great person to deal with as is usual at Richer Sounds. Really think that they , the stock and the customers need a better and bigger shop as the only one in South Wales.

Excellent helpful advice.

Have made regular purchases from Richer Sounds since 1991 and the service has always been first class. Particular thanks to Dan and staff at the Cardiff store whose advice and customer service is second to none. An absolute pleasure to shop there.

Patient, friendly, knowledgeable advice. No hard sell. Always good after sales service.

Ordered an amp from the Cardiff branch over the phone late Saturday afternoon and it arrived early Monday morning. The sort of service you only get from Richer Sounds is always excellent.

Found the sales team very helpful and guided me to buying the correct product for myself, which I am very happy with.

Really helpful on the telephone, goods were delivered on time,

Great service again. Price match was reasonable and delivery swift and convenient.

Great informative Team very friendly and helpful I told him my setup and asked advice on the best speakers
He could of encouraged me to go for the more expensive speakers but he was great because he didn't do that with the deal that was on offer he was honest and gave me excellent advice and the manager was also excellent explaining the best way to get the best out of the speakers which is why I have given a full 5 Star for telling me the cheaper ones are best for me even though it ment less for them that's what you want knowing your getting the best advice Many thanks to the manager and staff at the Cardiff Branch.

Fabulous product knowledge and willingness to achieve the best outcome for the customer. Lots of choice and the staff are more than patient in demonstrating their products.
