Richer Sounds - Cardiff Omdömen 

Welcoming atmosphere in the store (Cardiff) and friendly, expert advice led to a hifi purchase that I’m delighted with. Very pleased with the suggestion to use the soundproof room to listen to the system and try a better record deck (Argon) which was well worth the extra cost.

Second Samsung TV with a backlight issues in the last 3 years. 3 years into this latest 6 year warranty period struggled to get hold of service help. Given a number I tried to call with no joy as of yet. Hoping to get problem remedied.
*Update: Richer Sounds repairs replaced the faulty screen, however the power button is now missing from the tv unit. Can use the remote to power on. Not ideal.
Further update: Richer Sounds has offered to remedy the issue with a further repair or vouchers for a future purchase. I am really pleased they take their customer service seriously and have done their best to help throughout.

Quick and easy purchase with helpful staff

I received from the outset excellent advice and support. Both on the telephone or in person the staff were unfailingly polite, attentive and pro-active. Andy in particular was both true to his word and his actions. It was obvious that he and his manager enjoyed a harmonious working relationship which helped the transaction enormously. Excellent

Candid advice and very competitive prices. Made better by offering the difference in price a week after purchasing, when the TV was reduced. Even helped me out to the car with the TV!

Found Richer Sounds in Cardiff years ago. Not only do they have competitive pricing, and really good warranties, all the staff are fantastic. Every time I've purchased something they have gone out of their way to make sure I've got the right cover, right product. If I have ever had issues with something (Think I bought a sound bar on clearance stock which was faulty), no issues, no fuss just sorted the problem right out . This is why I keep going back to them and why I have now started using them for my business and not just my personal items. Great service from the staff of the Richer Sounds shop in Cardiff. We were looking for a new larger TV, and we received excellent advice, and so made the right choice for us. The only minor inconvenience was related to the brackets, in that one bracket was not placed on the delivery order, and it turned out that it was the incorrect one in any event. However, these are v small gripes, and the staff at the shop were excellent. Informed, personable and hugely helpful.
