Retroactive Arcade Omdömen

Orders a coin op door and came in as described on the site. Had some setup issue but a call to thier friendly customer service line fixed it . Happy dealing with them and will purchase again if i need something for my arcade cabinet.

Great attention to detail In These machines, worth every penny.

Awesome, needed a very hard to find T molding for an RV. Retroactive Arcade came through in the crunch.

Incredibly awesome service, super responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!

Attempted order off web page. Wouldn't allow me to select items I wanted due to their inventory. I called and placed order and most my items shipped immediately. Took a bit to receive the rest of my items. Upon installation of my items 2 lamp holder were faulty. Didn't bother with return on $1.50 worth of stuff that would of took 2 weeks to receive. This company is knowledgeable and has decent product. For my experience this is my rating!

I've had both my bar tops made here (mine was the first prototype). I also get all my parts from Casey. Great guy to work with and will bend over backwards to help you get what you want.

I would recommend this company anytime.

Will buy again.

Awesome guys...very knowledgeable easy to deal with...would absolutely continue dealing with these guys. Thanks for everything and bringing back my childhood :)

Top shelf product and staff. Knowledge and service provided after sale adds greatly to value of product IMO. Well done and thanks again.

Retro Arcade delivered the items I needed quickly and well packed. The Utube video on DIY arcade systems are some of the best. And the owner even took the time to sign off the Thank you for ordering letter which was a real nice personal touch.

Awesome service, cool store. Everything arrived in a timely manner as expected. No complaints here, will buy one of their custom Arcade units one day, added to my bucket list.

Great Selection. Very informative website and Youutube channel. Retroactive Arcade has helped me learn quite a bit on my first DIY Bartop build.
Thank you

Rob

My DIY arcade from Retroactive turned out awesome! I had a few questions about building it and the owner responded very quickly.

It was perfect and it was exactly what I needed for my project! Their customer service is super friendly and helped me choose the right product and style!

Great arcade was very happy with it but how I was treated When I asked for help with the installation was probably the worst customer service I received in my life and that’s what merited the 2 star raising instead of a 4 or 5 . After spending over $3000.00 and getting treated that way from the owner on top of it was pretty appalling and i will never do business with them again .

Quick Delivery, good products.

very good information
