Retroactive Arcade Omdömen

My order was shipped out of province, but was very smooth Two years on, my arcade still sees plenty of use and is in great shape!

I buy all my supplies from Casey @ Retroactive. Prices are pretty competitive and the staff are very knowledgeable. I recommend buying from them for any projects you want to take on!!!

Great service, parts work as expected.

Everything great, console is great but I feel like I overpaid for the console, price was high!

Nearly 3 years since I ordered my beast 4 player arcade cabinet, and it is regularly played - just so many classic games! Build quality is top notch - the care Retroactive puts into this shows. It's built like a tank, and nearly weighs like one too (thankfully, the Beast model comes apart to move up and down stairs). It's not a mass produced product, but a well crafted personalized piece that sits beautifully in my rec room and makes me smile every time I see it. Well worth it. The couple things that I did have questions or issues with (a button didn't work on the 4th controller) their support was quick and responsive to walk me through fixing it (it's a 250 lb cabinet, so likely not moving to get fixed! lol). Pac Man, Galaga, Centipede - you can easily get these games on phones, Xbox, so on...but it is such a different experience using a proper arcade joystick or trackball.

Top notch establishment! Incredible quality products and nothing but good things to say.

Thanks Casey!

Right from my initial inquiry to final delivery the customer service was excellent. Not only did they answer my questions with confidence, they also went beyond by cautioning door dimensions, screen sizes so that I would be successful in installing my game system within my staircase measurements. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking to fulfill a childhood dream of having all the games you grew up with in your home with nine of the hassle of negotiating your specific door entries

When shopping for components for my arcade cabinet, I found this place, and the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Great place, would definitely return when I need for parts.

Casey is honest and straight up. He will review all the options you have and dose not try and up sell you on things you don't need.

Great product very simple to use and no setup required.

It was easy to select and order online. My order came quick and I had a follow up question with my order that was replied to quicky. Very satisfied.

Perfect transaction. Thank you Casey.

Order went through just to be told item out of stock. No discount or compromise for theyre mistake.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Casey and Rob in person at their booth set up for Yegpin. I was impressed with the quality of the games produced by Retroactive Arcade. My purchases of parts were shipped promptly and were well packaged. Great to have a local supplier of this caliber to deal with.

Customer service, product variety and diagrams for how to do are all readily available. I don't bother searching anywhere else. They are the perfect arcade shop. I highly recommend this fantastic company.

Very good service. My upright arcade machine looks great, is excellent quality and has all of my favourite classic arcade games. I did a lot of research before my purchase and would definitely recommend Retro Active arcade.
