Its worth actually persevering to get to speak to a person!
After having spent around an hour trying to communicate with online chat, I gave up. I must admit my first attempt in getting assistance was basically a disaster using AEG online chat. I explained several times why I needed help, myself having just come out of hospital and unable to do anything, and my Mother being 94.. we needed a little understanding and help.. (basically I kept asking for an engineer..) this did not work, and gave up and telephoned the next day determined to speak to someone..this worked. The person was helpful and got me an engineer out.. The engineer was lovely, and although given the wrong details about the product, so had to return with the correct part.. which he happily did one week later.. he was great! product fixed perfectly!! He was very polite, clean and tidy and quick. Well done finally AEG!

The washing machine has had multiple repairs before but was never fixed in one visit
He wasProfessional, friendly, and reliable.
He knew exactly what to look for and came prepared with all his equipment He found the fault quickly explained it clearly, and fixed it in one visit.
Unfortunately I didn’t catch the engineer’s name!
