Excellent Quality & Customer Service
I've had a great experience working with Rémi. He's quick to respond, courteous, and very thorough. He always responds within a day, despite being on the opposite side of the globe from me. I have now ordered several parts from REM Motorcycle (custom cafe racer seat, muffler, rear LED light strip, and custom side plates) and I will not hesitate to do so again in the future!

Attention au CGV, retours de produits défectueux à la charge de l'acheteur
Site assez vendeur mais la réalité en est tout autre!
J'ai acheté un bouchon de réservoir à 15€ qui n'aura même pas tenu 2h!
Vis de fixation perdue dans le réservoir... Bouchon inutilisable et la vis se balade dans le réservoir (démontage à prévoir)
Je contacte le sav (avec photo) qui me fait savoir que pour ce montant d'achat les retours sont du frais des clients (selon CGV).
La première proposition était de le réparer moi même ^^
Après discussion (et après m'avoir pris de haut) j'ai du râler et insister pour que l'on me propose de prendre les frais de retour à leurs frais.
Mais il fallait renvoyer le mien pour en avoir un autre, mais mon réservoir n'avait plus de bouchon ( d'où l'achat)
Bref site à fuir absolument, Bouchon envoyé en vrac dans un carton, et AUCUNE inscription CE...
Je ne recommande pas du tout.
Pour moi le site n'est qu'un revendeur de produits chinois non qualitatifs avec des prix supérieurs à la moyenne pour ce type de marchandises...
PS: Le vendeur m'a contacté et m'a tout de même envoyé un nouveau bouchon malgré le fait que j'ai voulu couper toute communication.
Merci monsieur le revendeur, vous êtes commerçant mais je ne l'installerai pas!
Pour moi la qualité de ce nouveau bouchon est toujours médiocre.
La même vis que le premier bouchon (déjà perdu dans le réservoir) bouge déjà, pas envie de réparer du neuf...
Même si le site essaie de satisfaire au mieux ses clients je constate quand même que les produits ne sont pas du tout au niveau! C'est vraiment dommage...

Suite à notre conversation téléphone désagréable et votre refus de notre proposition (que nous avons pris que par le biais de votre avis), nous vous avons réexpédier un nouveau produit, à nos frais, sans que vous ayez rien à renvoyer.
J'ai essayé de contacter par téléphone, par email, sans aucunes réponses de votre part. Vous faites aucune mention à ce sujet.
Malheureusement, je constate que vous laissez ce commentaire qui ne réflête en rien la réalité et qui font du mal à des petites entreprises qui font un boulot honnête depuis 7 ans maintenant.

Chinese stuff, but worth the money if you can figure things out.
I ordered a gas tank for my bike. Everything went smoothly and the product looked like what was in the pictures.
Unfortunately the tank needs some work to make it usable. The paint is stripping off, so it won't withstand any contact with gasoline (non-issue if you gonna paint it or order it raw). Too bad some of the paint is inside the filler neck and petcock joint. Bad paint inside petcock joint made mine leak. Gas cap doensn't have an o-ring, so gas spills out when riding. There's also no air hole in the cap, so you cannot close it all the way. Petcock, hoses and filter that came with it are also poor quality.
If you can work on this stuff, go for it. It's still worth the money.

Un exemple : TÉ DE FOURCHE SUPÉRIEUR BMW R75 R80 R90 R100 - 36MM provenant de chez Aliexpress est vendu 170€ chez Remmotorcycle. Tapez "fourche bmw r100" sur Aliexpress vous l'aurez à 63.22€, c'est strictement le même, bonne route 😉

Je suis plus que content d’avoir découvert un tel site ! En tant que motard, les sites fiables ne courent plus les rues. Ça a donc été un grand soulagement de trouver un site si rapide, fiable et efficace! Les délais de livraisons sont largement correcte et préférable à des soit disantes livraisons expresses qui, au final, ne sont livrées qu’avec plus de retard que les livraisons standard ! Enfin bref, merci à toute l’équipe pour votre professionnalisme, je n’arrêterai pas de commander chez vous.

i bouth a indtake for a Yamaha xv250 witch was made out of stainless steel but the have not yoused backing gas when it was welded so the weld has ben contaminated and has already begun to rust,
but the seller I don't think there is anything wrong with it and wants me to pay for return shipping despite the fact that I have received a defective item,
they also say that for the price i pay for it i have to expect that the quality are not of very good,
I have tried to explain that when the rust develops, rust flakes will fall off which will be sucked into my engine and destroy the engine but the just anwser that the have put them on bikes ther ar stil on the road 1 year later.
by the way the web side says that the ship from france but the realy ship from china which also explain the quality if they are made by a chines worker who gets 2 dollars an hour...

For a start you can start give me my money back i pay for it because I never got that because you asked me to send it to a nother address than the one you wrote in the paypal claim i open so paypal would not give me the money back,
I think it was around 120 euros, which I never got back, plus the 25 euros it cost to send it back to you
