REJUICED Eliquid Omdömen 

I've used rejuiced for many years now and on the whole i've been very satisfied. Of the many, many orders i've place, only 2 have failed to arrive, the first of which rejuiced sent a replacement, so far so good. My query for the latest order that failed to materialise has been completely ignored despite a second attempt to get an answer. I feel my custom is completely immaterial to rejuiced despite having spent many hundred of pounds on orders over the years and to say i'm disappointed is an understatement. I liked their juice but the contempt i believe i've been shown has given me a boost to stop vaping. Not a good customer service in the slightest, might need to look at your business model rejuiced!

This is by far the best online vape liquid supplier I have found over the years, and I've tried quite a few. Low cost, good quality, speedy and reliable delivery and. when something goes wrong, they go the extra mile to put it right.

Been using for years now. Great price, quick to order and arrives in a few days with letterbox packaging. Only ever had one issue with package going missing and the team resolved very quickly.

I've been using them for years without issue. I recently had a package go missing in the post, and it was replaced in a reasonable time. Would recommend.

Avoid using this company. They are stealing bank details and making online purchases around 2 months after you place an order. They have done 3 different bank cards now which have deliberately only been used for this website!

Ordered on 6th January. Never received goods. Left numerous emails no reply or no reply from phoning them either. Bad customer service.

Terrible customer service. My order never arrived. Left several emails and tried ringing on numerous occasions but no response from company. Even had email asking if u enjoyed my order!! Even then there is no way to put comment on feedback. I used to use this company a few years ago but appears now to be a scam.

I honestly don’t know what company the other reviewers are complaining about - I have never had a bad experience. They are definitely not a scam company. I just did an order and within five minutes I was emailed to say it was dispatched. This has been my experience with every order and I have been using them for at least 6 years.

I ordered 9 bottles and only received 5 in the post. I contacted them by email and got no reply. I called their phone number and no answer. The voice message on phone told me to email fir faster response but I'm still waiting for response and my 4 missing bottles to be posted or refunded. This is very bad customer service.

I ordered on 30th September. They took my money and after numerous emails and trying to call them(no answer) I still haven’t received my purchase.
Scammed!

Something has happened, rejuiced used to be super good and now I have not received my goods and I am receiving no replies to my emails and my calls are not being answered - will dispute the charge with my bank. Sad to see what seemed to be a good company die.

Update - I finally received the liquids, 2 weeks after I had originally ordered them.

do not use this company i agree with the other comments on this site having used for 5 years now all you get is money removed from your account no goods lots of promises but on items this company is going down the pan fast not to be trusted avoid at all costs

Attempted to order on their website and kept getting an "Error, contact customer service," message, however, they kept charging me! I got charged three times and NONE OF THE ORDERS went through. Emailed them and they said they will pass the message to the relevant "team." I have not heard back from them for a week now. I will report this to my bank, but unfortunately it says I have to wait for 15 days after the order date. This is a SCAM and THEFT. Avoid them like the plague.

Goods not received, I have used re juice for about 4 years and never a problem, they aren’t answering phone or responding to emails, have they gone bust?

ordered in may never received my goods no answer from them to emails or phone calls terrible customer service using another company now but £24 out of pocket because of rejuiced mistakes not even an answer to my querles dont go near them pathetic company no consideration for customers

Placed an order that never arrived. Have called and left message, have sent multiple emails and have had no response. I have been using this company for years and I’m really disappointed that this has happened and not been able to speak to anyone. I am now out of pocket.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED.

3 emails and voice mails left but absolutely no communication from yourselves regarding my missing items, poor customer service, no refund so I'm £23 down.
Do not use, order from Vape club people, much better service given and at least they can track your items.
The only email I received from you guys after I made my complaint was one asking how we did!!!! hahahaha

Items ordered on the 21st of may, still waiting for them to be delivered. Tried emailing and phoning had to leave a voice message. Consistently ignored. My advice use a company that takes some responsibility and offers a tracked delivery. I will be in future.

Ordered Friday (today's Monday) for next day dispatch, delivery due yesterday. No order confirmation, nothing, silence, but took my money. Despite 2 emails and three phone calls to them, still no communication from them.
Obviously a scam company, had to report too my bank today to get money back.
