I joined in 2024 and was issued a membership number. I renewed in 2025 and was issued a completely different membership number. I've emailed them several times but no response.

Bought a ticket for the conference at Westpoint last year. Wanted to hear more before signing up. 3wks later and 3 days before the conference, I was told I would not be allowed admittance because I wasn't a paid up member. All my emails trying to resolve this issue were ignored by Kiera Hubbard at Reform. Further emails requesting a refund have also not been given the courtesy of a reply. Won't be wasting any more of my pension or time following this party. What happened to strength in numbers? Not interested in individuals. Shame on you!

Another week gone by and another email ignored by the reformparty.uk website. I have now completely lost confidence in them as an organisation.

Membership auto renewal
I joined as a member and my membership is on an auto renew each which I did not want. The confirmation email says that you can cancel it at any time but gives no instructions on how to do this. I tried to contact them by email but no one replies. This is not good as I really want to vote for Reform and support them but if this is how they treat people then I won’t be and I will be taking to my bank to block any future payments. Not impressed and expected more from Reform.

Membership limited to 4 people
I have looked at the Web site and they offer you the opportunity to become a member, and will even send you a membership certificate, but there are only 4 members in the company and others can't join. Surely this is dishonest.
