It’s a scam!!!! Just be careful.
That’s my story.
On 7 Dec 2023 I made an order for 2 cocktail smoker mixology bartender kits. One to give it as a Christmas present and one for me.
The next day I realized that most probably I would not have received my order on time, so I sent a message to cancel it. The same day I received an answer that said that my order had already shipped to me, so it was not possible to cancel it. I was surprised about how quick was the response, but I also hoped that since the shipping was instant, I would have it ‘till Christmas time. (I should understand that was a lie because I tried to track my parcel and the result was nothing at all!)
Finally, not only It wasn't here for Christmas, but I received it on Jan 11, after a month from my order and I chose to pay the express shipping. (what if I decided to choose the normal shipping…..?)
In addition - and that's the worst - I thought that I had ordered 2 cocktail kits, but I received only the small boxes with the smoke (small pieces of wood). How am I supposed to use the pieces of smoke without the wooden base (or infuser. …or whatever….)?
Of course, I complained about that, and it happened what I thought. They answered me that I got want I have ordered. Now I feel stupid and cheated. I should be extra careful when I’m purchasing things from the internet. But I'm pretty sure that this company will have complaints all the time because they know exactly the fact that when you make an order it says: "cocktail smoker kit including a smoke infuser (with filter) a spray gun, cleaning tools... etc." (I have a screen shot of it) but then the photo attached contains only few boxes of smoke which of course so the buyer doesn’t realize that hasn’t bought the whole "cocktail kit" but only some boxes with pieces of small woods that they are totally useless!
Just don’t buy for this company. Redminvside its a scam!

I ordered a mixology smoker kit for cocktail making, buy 2 get 3rd free, comes with wood chips, $48.77 ! waited patiently for delivery only wood chips arrive and offer me $4 compensation, $44.77 for wood chips I can't use, disgrace !!! Do not use this company !!!!!

I bought what was described as beautiful garden " Deep Resonance Garden chimes". What arrived was TINY, Poor Quality and took forever to arrive.

Men’s Pants I ordered were supposed to be high quality and strong, they tore after 4 days of normal use. I emailed customer service who offered me $5 at first. Their policy says if there’s a quality problem, you can get a replacement pair of pants. Now, after literally 99 emails over 2 months, they’re offering $15 and I can ‘keep the pants’ they won’t keep to their policy. Very dishonest, poor quality, poor service company. I recommend you avoid them completely and buy from anywhere else.

SCAM. Tried to cancel an order immediately after purchasing, but was unsuccessful. Customer service is a joke. Stalling, lies, convolution. Read the FAQ section of the site -- tons of red flags. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t order from them, they sent you broken damaged garbage pieces and then they don’t refund you

I am reluctantly giving this fraudulent outfit one star as it is not possible to award none!! The |Tactical Pants I purchased were of very poor quality and are not water-proof or tear-proof! One pair is unwearable as the fit is unwearable. There is sufficient room for a football to be accommodated in the crutch area as well as my own 'crown jewels!!! I paid $27.00 per pair and have been offered just $3.00 compensation!!! DO NOT - UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

They dont even deserve one star! The product received is no what was described or shown in their adverts - the 'tactical' trousers are very poor quality made from some cheap fabric. I could have sewn them better myself! The customer service is appalling with a bot response claiming that they are a superior product with no complaints. AVOID at all costs.

Product is NOT what is Advertised, Supposed to be Waterproof, tag on pants say 100% Nylon, water flows right through,
Asked for return and refund getting jerked around and offering me 3 dollars for my trouble, Never again

Don’t touch these guys.

But don’t hold out to much hope.

DO NOT purchase anything from this company. They would not allow me to return an item ( despite a clear return policy on their website). They offered $4.00 in compensation. I should have trusted my instincts before placing order. Also paid for “expedited” shipping. It took about 3 weeks.

Ordered tactical waterproof cargo pants which appeared extremely durable yet stylish in the Facebook ad. A wafer thin pair of slip overs that you buy from a $2 shop in an emergency arrived. Just an out and out scam of a company.

The company has not delivered my ear phones for over 2 months and keep giving me excuses it's in transit and that the epidemic was the excuse and I ordered mid January. They don't answer my questions properly and send me tracking that doesn't update. They have refused to give me my refund and ignore me

Money was instantly taken out of my account and I never received anything in return... Do not trust this company they are a scam!!!
