Wanted to give zero stars. These people are scammers. I placed an order (£29) on 9 April for some special American made dog treats for dogs with renal issues. Was surprised that receipt came from Rwindfashion and not the seller I thought I was purchasing from. When order failed to arrive I finally got hold of an email address and emailed them. Told to be patient as delays in delivery can occur. When it became obvious they had not posted the item (I requested tracking or proof of posting, they ignored me), I emailed on 8 May 2026 requesitng a full refund. No response. Bank won't help until it has been about 3 months since purchase. For a country that appears to be obsessed with security, how come these scammers are allowed to operate and get away with fraud?

This is a scam site and they will take your money, give you a fake order reference email and then when you chase. A generic response will be sent with no intention of anything ever being sent to you.
I filed a claim with my bank to get my money back.
Do not use these sites they are a scam.

Can I give a zero rating? Ordered replacement blades for a paper cutter on March 30th. No confirmation email, no tracking number, no response to email. I was scammed. Calling my credit card company tonight.

I orders a short sleeve sweatshirt and paid for it. Here we are 5 weeks later and nothing shipped to me. DO NOT BUY from this company they are a fraud. Emailed them 2 times and they said it was shipped and would come just give it time. Emailed a 3rd time and no response at all back from them.

No good company never ordered nothing from them. You’ll never get it.3-14-26 ordered some replacement batteries for my postal digger still hasn’t come. I did a dispute with my credit card and got my money back.Rwindfashion never order anything

I’m now convinced that this site is a scam. I have yet to receive my order. Nor any information about it except a confirmation. They hit my credit card as soon as I placed the order. I suspect it it responsible for the increase on spam texts and emails.

I ordered an adjustable stool to be delivered to a friend's house 0n 18/04/26, cost £67.00. As I'm writing this on 02/05/26 no arrival of the goods, no delivery information and no communication from Rwindfashion.
I have just emailed the company now but I suspect it is simply a scam and I will have no resolution with them. If I do I will send another review.

I have a charge of $12.00 on my AmEx card. I disputed it and AmEx came back with "trust me, bro" and no receipts. I'm continuing to dispute it and using this site as PROOF it's a scam. I don't know the site and I've never shopped here. I've asked AmEx what I bought, because I sure don't know!

CAUTION. This is a scam company. Ordered items of Nubixstore.co.uk. Payment went to rwindfashion. No items arrived, no emails replied to. Have had to do a chargeback.

Ordered over a month ago. Got order confirmation. Did not get shipping confirmation or tracking info. Emailed mark christopher bacon / rwindfashion.com and he emailed me back that it should arrive soon. Now, site is unreachable. Calling my credit card company to decline the charge. Ugh.

stop being a scam site i ordered some electronics fom a company called smartcoding my order was acknowleged from a site called rwindfashion. i paid £101 .00 for my order which never arrived i questioned this in an email and was told to be patient . after three weeks waiting still no delivery .no doubt they are trading under numerous company names . buyer beware.

FRAUD SITE: I placed two orders on 03/22/2026 totaling $51.16. I waited and at the 3 week mark I inquired about the status of my order, tracking number and ETA to the email address provided on the site. He responded the next day and assured me my order had already been shipped and asked me to be patient. On 04/17 I inquired again and I asked for a shipping date, tracking number and ETA. He did not respond to that second message. Today I called my credit card company and reported this as fraud so they could start an investigation and initiate a chargeback. This individual also uses another online storefront at skytiesclothing.com. He may be using other websites that link back to him and are also fraudulent.
