Ordered on 3-14-26 outcome then on4-6-26 they confirmed that they sent my batteries except the liars never sent no batteries. I probably did a dispute with my credit card and got my money back. Don’t ever order off these liars.
Bad fitting guide and much more bad customer service after sales and no customer satisfaction at the very end. Product arrived to late.
I can’t recommend this vendor.

Terrible experience, waste of money. They failed to deliver my package, said my address was invalid (which it's not) then failed to refund me and instead suggested I pay $10 for them to re ship it.
On December 7th I ordered a customized sweatshirt as a Christmas gift. After 10 days when it had not yet shipped, I contacted the company and was told the item had not passed quality check and had to be resubmitted to be made again. The item did not ship until 12/19, and arrived to me on 1/4. The sweatshirt was nice, but the quality level was not worth the price paid. The company did offer me a 10% discount which I felt was not enough for taking 4 weeks and coming well past Christmas.
I placed my order for a personalized t-shirt and a completely different design arrived, they told me they would send me another one with the design I ordered, it's been 20 days and they don't even answer my messages and I haven't received anything. Definitely a scam. Please do not order from this company.
Firstly I believed this to be a UK supplier. It is from China took ages to arrive .ordered early December as a Xmas gift but it arrived 30th Dec. Disappointed with item which was a black sweatshirt with personalised white writing which I believed to be stitched.it was a stick on transfer not stitched and cost me around
£34. Definitely a rip off. Please do not order from this company.
Not impressed with this. Ordered 3 weeks ago on the 7th December which should have been in time for Christmas.
Not received my items and they've not even been shipped yet.
Disappointed and annoyed!!
I ordered a product for a Christmas present on 7th December with plenty of notice and time to receive it by Christmas. I have been in contact via email and they finally shipped this on the 18th December. My original follow up email was sent on the 17th December asking for a refund was ignored and instead they said due to a quality issue there is a delay and they need to re-produce the product and ship it. I then asked a second time for a refund and they said due to it being a personalised product they can’t refund. Which is fair enough had I not requested a refund before they had to re-produce it.
My final communication was asking to submit a complaint. They are now ignoring me and my shipment is still at Wuhan Airport on 22/12/25 (according to their tracking service).
Their payment address is a UK address but this is not a UK based company and I should have known better but I did not know this was a Chinese shipping company. It’s not cheap either. £41 spent on a hoodie not your usual £10 from SHEIN etc

I’m incredibly happy with my purchase! The quality of the T-shirt is lovely, and the personalisation was done beautifully—far exceeded my expectations. Overall, I’m really pleased with the product.
I couldn’t find any reviews before ordering, so I wanted to leave one to reassure others that this is a legitimate company and not a scam. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took just over 16 days to arrive. Given the time of year and the fact it’s a personalised item being shipped from overseas, the delay is understandable, but it’s something to keep in mind.
Would definitely recommend and would order again!
