Nice quality flags
The delivery was delayed, the colour of the flag is darker than pantone 300uU that i specified, the flags did not have eyelets that i asked for, but my wife likes the tone of the flags and i will not be returning them to you, i do like the feel /quality of the flags stiching etc.

Hello Brian... what a great shame you couldnt communicate any issues back to us directly rather than through Trust pilot. The colour printed was indeed the pantone reference you requested and not the cour we would use as standard when producing the Scotland saltire flag. Sadly the Royal Mail strikes and the delay in deliveries this has brought is out of our control... you were advised of this at point of order. Still we did manage to get one of the two flags you ordered to you in time at our own expense. Thank you for your feedback which we will take into account for future reference.

Coated fire retardant flag
Very quick and professional turnaround. Sent a flag to be coated in fire retardant and had it back within a week.

Great product but missed the extra request
I requested additional webbing to a spec stated but was misinterpreted as an amendment to my order. Was able to resolve situation with a local supplier. Product went in fine and all loooked good in the end. Was able to use what Red Dragon sent but just had to add to it.

Sorry,
I cannot review my purchase of a Platinum Jubilee Flag as I am yet to receive it. Ordered on 23rd May 2022.
CORRECTION. Ordered prior to this and email received saying it had been sent on this date.
I did email the company saying my goods had not arrived. To be fair, I received a reply directly after the Jubilee Weekend to say that a number of their customers had reported this issue and they would be taking this up with Royal Mail.
They are sending me another flag.
I think this is exemplary service and it is a shame that they are now out of pocket because another company didn't complete their part of the contract.
