Very quick delivery, excellent quality, competitive price

First time customer - the biggest omission from the website is not being able to type in a custom length of hose?
Having to go back and forth for a 'quote' just seems daft?
Just add 10% for 'non-standard' or whatever? Maybe 'non-standard must be received before 12:00'. This is surely something easily solved?

The irony, for me, is that I nearly did not buy, based on the dreadful ChatGTP generated web page description!
I expect a hydraulic assembly to be described by someone technical, using relevant technical details.
Not to sound like the task was handed to a wine connoisseur! HA!

It has never arrived

I ordered a drive belt on 11 April for my scarifier. I have contacted them on two occasions stating that it has never arrived. It is now being sent with a tracking number but it is now May and has still not arrived. They are blaming Royal Mail :(

Good site

Easy to order from the site, very good pricing. Awaiting delivery, will edit to 5* when it arrives!

We did reach out to offer a replacement but never received a response. Since then, we have sent the replacement and resolved the issue.
