I've lost count of how many times I've used Redcorn - yes, I'm that sort of car buyer/driver. Buy a cheap car, patch it up and scrap it! Always a good service: easy to get an online quote, always confirmed with a telephone call and easy to arrange a day for collection. Today, I got paid within 6 hours - top service, THANK YOU.

Damario picked up my car today and his service was excellent, great communication, timely and helpful. Big thank you to Damario and to Redcorn.

Called up to get a price as my vehicle qualified for “higher pricing” had a condition report done and after different people calling to ask different questions I had a call back with a reasonable price. I called back to book collection to hear that they had no record of the original offer so would have to go through the process again fair enough when the price came back it was £500 less than original. Ok fair enough it’s £500 less but it wasn’t the end of the world. Called back again the day before collection was booked in to be told I’d actually be getting £1390 less than originally offered. Therefore I’ve cancelled collection

Driver was very friendly phoned and collected the my car.

Prompt, polite professional, excellent collection driver John T who really thought outside the box to get my car on the truck to avoid it having to be lifted by a specialist car crane which would have damaged the car and therefore lowering the amount I would get paid for it.

Superb service! Made what could have been a complicated process very simple. 5 mins max and all done. I was also told to expect payment on Monday as it was Friday afternoon collection but lo and behold, payment received almost instantly. Kristof (driver) was super friendly and helpful and deserves credit.

So simple, and so efficient. I was recommended to Redcorn by someone in the motor trade, and I have been delighted by how easy and straightforward it has been. The car was picked up by Robbie a couple of hours ago - again he was friendly and efficient. Money will be in my account tomorrow I'm told, and I will be very surprised if it's not.

Excellent service - fast payment and collected car without any complications.

Good communication from start. Although took time off work between 7am to 5pm. The driver didn't turn up until 8pm. But he did call to say he was on his way after I had given up hope. The driver was brilliant and helped me by moving vehicle. Just writing this review to hang on in there if driver hasn't got to you past 5pm. The traffic is bad these days so I understand the logistics of getting to customers. Overall I would use redcorn again.

From start to finish Redcorn did exactly what it said on the tin.
Fantastic service and money in the bank 24 hours later as we were told.

From making the initial call to collection took 4 days. Spoke with a fantastic lady who took down all of the necessary information, she secured the approp vehicle to collect my car and promptly sent a further explanatory email. The driver called promptly on the day of pick up, he was extremely polite and very well organised. Payment was transferred without delay. Very impressive customer service.

Initially booked by redcorn to collect my vehicle, failed to show , no explanation despite calling all day, rebooked by redcorn, this time.driver couldn't get vehicle close enough to load vehicle as it has a few issues , driver was helpful and said company can send four car transported despite what office say, this was booked again and again failed to show as office said we don't send four car transporter s that far, I pointed out they booked it and knew full well where it was , manager just said nope we can't get it to far, no explanation no apology, a huge waste of time and truly the worst company for customer service I have ever delt with, major dumb rude people with no idea of what it takes to get the work done, only positive was the driver seemed knowledgeable but as he said if the drivers run or worked in the office it would be better , avoid in my opinion

Never use this company to scrap your car. I was told you will get paid in 24 hours, days later I’m still waiting for payment. I’ve given them my banking details on more three occasions, but it’s same nonsense about how this time they will sort it out.

Had my car collected today very pleased with the quick response the lorry driver Amit was very polite and arrived at time agreed thankyou

Emailed for quote and got price about £50 more than we buy any car we’re offering and Redcorn picked and we buy would have taken about £50 in admin. All went smoothly picked up as agreed and paid later that day. Excellent service in my experience.

The whole process went without a hitch - from my requesting a quote to my receiving the full sum in my account within 2 days (the first day being a BH).
Dam was excellent - polite, cheerful, pleasant, and fully understood what he was doing.
All in all a very good company to deal with. I would have no hesitation in using them again and again and would recommend them to anyone - family, friends and all.

I feel previous adverse ratings/reviews are purely Sour Grapes and, as such, should be completely ignored.

Well Done Redcorn!!

The most doggy and useless scrap yard with absolutely rude staff and unfair policy, I have ordered a part 3 months ago, the part was in a poor condition so I had to return it. Second time I collected the same part it was a wrong part, third time they gave me a the same order for different model. I have been asking for a refund they refused and they didn't refund, now I am on hold until they find a right part. I wouldn't recommend for any anybody to buy or trade with redcorn scrap.

Absolute joke of a business, they took my car and promised to pay within 24 hours then 4 days later I’ve still not received payment and have been asked for my bank details 3 times without payment. What a brain dead bunch that’s not how buying something works you normally pay money for an item but I don’t think these people understand how it works.
