Well, took a little long time approx 2 to 3 months however managed to conduct communications and work done at the end.

Good evening just wondered how long peoples claim took on pcp and how much interest they charged? Thanks

They don't even deserve the 1 star given. Unprofessional service. Do not answer there phones or emails. Absolute joke. After 17 unanswered emails I to end up dealing with everything myself. Would definitely not recommend them. Disgraceful

Great company, quick and effective. Regular updates throughout and paid quickly once claim was through. Very good.

Straightforward enough to complete, took a while to pay out but overall fairly happy with the service provided

I have used reclaims Uk many of time never had problems until now very slow poor communication will not be using them again.

So everything went well until I put the cheque in never known a cheque to bounce so much have contacted them about the matter so just have to wait to see what they are saying will up date so update is was sorted out very quickly and sent a Bacs payment so putting it to 5 star

My partner had call from them said she had 8k on a claim wanted all her bank details even 3 numbers on the back of her card and they would put 3 separate £250 pound in her account then the rest in 5 to 10 days all so wanted to down load desktop remote from app store on her phone

Today I got a call from a guy saying I was getting over 7k from a ppi claim I lodge five years ago , I was very wary and played along whilst reading this page , he was Asian called Alan and his phone number is as follows +447708812608 please people don’t give this guy anything

I would like to make it clear this post is not a criticism on this company , but a warning to genuine customers to be aware of scammers using this Bona Fida companies good name as a front to fool people into believing that they represent this company , I understand the companies director reason for asking me to remove this post , but I think its important to highlight what happened to me by these scammers using Reclaims UK name and hence why I posted , this is NOT a complaint against the good name of this company but a warning to others to be vigilant , the scammers are very convincing and I have no doubt some people will be conned , I have supplied the mobile number which the scammers used and would expect Reclaims UK to take appropriate and legal action to thwart these scammers.

Told me I was owed money, insisted that I opened a sterling bank account to receive payment. Gave me instructions of how to do this but wanted me to use there passwords and email details so they could verify the account! Told me they were from a company called uk reclaims based in Liverpool. I asked to speak to a manager, the Indian guy I was speaking to, then pretended to pass me on to another guy with the same Indian accent calling himself Alan.......... really????? These people are using your address details including postcode but the phone number is 0151 901 5477.

A process made very simple. Only a few emails - communication through whatsapp for ease. All forms are pre-filled and need little to no work. All completed very easily and in a pain-free manner.

I’ve just had a call from an Asian guy advising he was calling from Reclaims UK. Saying I had £1750 coming to me. Asked where from as I’d not made a PPI claim. He said it could be from Santander, Halifax NatWest. When I told him he was talking rubbish and would be reporting them he said he’d call back??

Not so pleased with the service as my initial claim took more than 7 / 8 months after chasing for so long and got a letter today from HMRC about my second claim which I am not sure I even applied for second claim. The tax code also changed after the initial claim.

Good morning just letting you know there’s a scammers acting on behalf your company name.Offering around 6000 k for PPI.Asking to open an Starling bank account.Then when it’s open they will ask you to not set a password ,but instead of let them know that you are on that page and they will ask you for activation code.Then they will ask you when is the best time to call you.When you log on to your account you will be noticed that there is another telephone number connected to you account and you will not be able to use your password or set it up.
Be alerted.

Very little hassle.Simple and straightforward questions and executed fairly quickly considering the current situation.
