I am very upset. I spent $190USD on Air Jordans but they sent me $80 Nike totally different pair. Now they will not respond to any emails or whatsapp messages so I can not do an exchange nor a refund. Becarful because I'm taking legal action now.

After seeing the vapor max I searched to see where I could find them and this site popped up. At first I was a little nervous about the site. But I can say it’s a legitimate site and the shoes are accurate.
The communication was excellent once the payment was processed. I was notified every step of the way from the seller to DHL who delivered the vapor max. I’m enjoying them and will shop with Reactrun in the future.

I bought the nike sb dunk Wheat Mocha, but the vents in the upper part were blocked.
It didn't come with different colored laces.
The sticker on the outer box was also different from the genuine product.
Never buy sneakers for sale on reactrun.com as they are fake.

If I could give minus stars I would. This is a SCAM. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and for men’s running shoes, when they finally arrived they were women’s air jordans. I’ve contacted them multiple times via email and their WhatsApp, no replies at all. This company is a joke and should be shut down.

Ordered a pair of Nike air Jordan 1 Blue chill 3 weeks ago. Couldn’t find them anywhere in the uk that had stock. Got tracking info after 3 days, once they arrived in the UK 2.5 weeks after the initial order I tracked them through parcel force, they arrived today which is 3 days after arriving in UK. 100% genuine trainers and I would definitely buy from them again. Simply because they were out of stock in Uk. If I could post pictures of them I would, be patient if you order from here as through my experience they will take about 3 weeks with the current situation. Mine are for a xmas gift so all is good.

Scam, dont be idiot like me and check sites. I give 150$ for shoes but nothing.

I ordered some Air Jordan 1’s in obsidian/blue. Nothing happened for 2 weeks bc of corona. But when they were shipped, it was like 3 days, then they arrived. They are definently fake, but they are extremely nice Fakes. It took me a while to figure it out. The only thing that was obvious was the White part of the sole, which is not the same exact texture as the real ones. I usually dont wear fake stuff, but these are nice enough.

I was looking for a pair of sneakers and was about to buy three of them. The website looked legit but the prices seemed too good to be true. After a google search, it's apparent this website is one BIG SCAM! Didn't buy anything.

Reactrun is a legit company. I ordered some Jordan 1’s red retro og’s and they came in good condition. They’re actual shoes and look like the product. Mine came in a week and that was with the covid delays. This is amazing work. Might be the best and cheapest website to get your High quality shoes.

I just order some pair of trainers from Reactrun. Now I’m finding they may not be legit. I sent their customer service an email and had to send another a few days ago but they got back to me. I have just gotten confirmation emails of my order – one from Reactrun and another from Xborder eCommerce, which in the Xborder email they say that the Merchant, esportbang*Dartford will be the name that will appear on my bank statement. I guess it’s now a waiting game, I am kind of worried now….

I received a pair of fake dunks, they refuse to exchange the item and after agreeing on a small refund, they stop replying and the money never comes back. Scammers, liars, and sellers of counterfeit products. Of course a chargeback is coming their way.

Just received parcel was a long wait however product is great! Would definitely rate this website and great value too! Very happy :)

Placed an order over 4 weeks ago no correspondence at all received . Tracking number does not work. I doubt very much I will receive these good

Do not order from this website it’s clearly a scam!!!! I ordered some trainers 3 weeks ago, nothing stated on the website about importing from China and expected delivery date has been exceeded. Although I’ve emailed and had responses I’m pretty certain they will never arrive. The website after at second glance just doesn’t look legit and it clearly a scammer stealing hard earned cash off people. Do not order and report the website to the online fraud department!!!!!

there is no mention of it coming from china i recieved my tracking number clicked on it and the website is not secure not sure if my pink quartz are going to come fake! I am hoping this is not a SCAM!!!!!!! Although they replied to my email asking to change the size and they did but ignored my question about them being genuine?

No response on emails, fake tracking number, this has all signs of being a scam. I have anounced it with the digital crime department of the police but they will only react when already many other people have been robbed. PLEASE DON¨T LET YOU FOOL YOU, it is a scam.

ce site est une arnaque totale, ils vendent des copies de chaussures de sport...j'ai commandé des Air Jordan pour ma fille pensant sincèrement que c'etait un site de confiance....Résultat, le colis a été bloqué par la douane française car ce sont des contre façons. Quand j'ai contacté le site pour demander un remboursement, ils s'entêtent à me dire que c'est juste une histoire de taxe à régler alors que les chaussures ont été confisquées...ils demandent à ce que je leur renvoie les chaussures pour obtenir un remboursement partiel mais cela ne m'est aps possible....ce sont des voleurs!!!n'achetez pas sur ce site !!!

Order was meant to arrive two weeks ago, when i track it it appears to be in a loop around chinese cities, whenever it is 'ready for international departure, it goes back to square one. Honestly not sure what do do now, should i wait to see if they come? Or did I just get completely scammed.

All I read was bad reviews but I ordered some air jordans gs pink quartz for my daughter and only took 2 weeks. They are real and only 86 quid, everywhere else there £260. Fantastic site. They should let people put reviews on site, no idea why they don't. Defo recommend 👌
