I've been waiting a month for my shoes. They were going to be a holiday present for my son. Also, UPS couldn't track them or give me any info, and neither could the company. The company doesn't even have a phone number and doesn't respond to emails.

Our Air Jordan 1 shoes came on time, but they are FAKE REPLICAS! Don't buy anything here!

I place a order on 12/13/20 for a Christmas gift. The made me pay extra money to get my order by Christmas. Now here I am no order no money back and they have me waiting for a email or something from them. I also email the about 10 times, they still haven't respond back to me. They send me a tracking number, but u can't track it because its nothing for them to track. Ups told me to contact them, cause they wasn't a package for me. So don't order anything from them.

It was a good experience, good price und delivered a littel bit late but not too late!
It woul be good if Reactrun would inform the customers about the delay!

Ordered on 27/11/20 and paid extra for express delivery. I'm still waiting! Tracking number shows parcel has not entered the UK. When I contacted them they keep telling me to wait for more time. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. I am now having to dispute this with my card issuer. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID....

I buy Jordan sneakers from that site, but those was replicas and when I try to contact the seller they won't give me any answer about refund or nothing.

He comprado un par de zapatillas y tienen toda la pinta de ser falsas. Y por ese precio te puedes comprar 2 pares de zapatillas falsas en cualquier otra pagina. Y si no son falsas estan muy mal hechas por que en la suela estan mezclados los colores blancos y negros, y en la unión de la suela con la zapatilla es muy visible la silicona. Y si digo que son falsas es por que otras veces he comprado zapatillas falsas y traen los mismos defectos. Y estoy seguro que nike no entrega unas zapatillas en ese estado.

Commande de Nike Pegasus 37 air zoom depuis le 15 décembre, numéro de suivi DHL ne fonctionne pas et le site répond au bout de 3 jours votre suivi ... Je crois que je viens de jeter 180$ dans une poubelle. Peut-être que ces chaussures vont arriver dans peu de temps !

DON'T DO IT!! Purchased and like a couple of other reviewers received confirmation emails from reactrum and xbordercommerce. They keep telling you "it's coming" and it never comes. Request shipping information and they gave me numbers that don't work on FedEx site (or any other). Finally gave me a number that shows "label created" but not shipped. Continued to give run around so after a couple weeks I disputed with my credit card company.

UPDATE TO REVIEW: After several weeks and having given up on receiving product it did finally arrive. Communication could be allot better and delivery process needs improving. However the product is what was represented so I’m editing my review abs raising the 1 star rating up.

Alles war in Ordnung, aber die Bestellung verzögerte sich länger als empfohlen. Gute Qualität !!

I just ordered aj1 from there last night all I read was bad reviews so I paid 211$ and im really hoping they are good

I ordered a pair of Jordan’s 1’s on November 27th and they finally came today (December 23rd) I was worried I wouldn’t get them and I got scammed as they took so long, but yeah they came. The box was beat up, but the trainers were in excellent condition

Do not waste your money here, the whole site seems shady, completely filled with spelling and grammatical errors. I ordered a pair of shoes here through DHL way back in November hoping to receive the shoes in time for Christmas, as it as stated that it only took a few weeks to arrive. After a week I received a tracking code and found it odd that it was shipped from Saudi Arabia of all places seeing as they said on the site the shoes came from their place in America. A few days passed and the shoes was in a "On Hold" status. I waited a week and then contacted DHL about this as Reactrun didn't answer my email inquiry. DHL got back to me the next day stating that Reactrun purposefully undervalued the shoes on the parcel and ordered DHL to destroy the package, to which DHL then said to contact Reactrun to either get a refund or replacement. I sent Reactrun an email and they didn't respond to me, I had to try and dispute through this "Xborder eCommerce" site that the tracking code was emailed to me at the start of my purchase. I explained what happened to Reactrun and they simply said "Good day. Please contack with DHL to get the package. Best REgards." See what I mean by shady. I'm still trying to get in contact for a full refund if not I'll have to get more serious. Basically this Christmas present that I'd hoped would arrive is now ruined and at no point did Reactrun properly got back to my emails nor did they tell me about having DHL destroy the parcel. What a waste of time and money.

I was also a bit worried it might be a scam but was a bit more optimistic when I received my shipping email and I tracked the order with DHL all the way, 2 pairs of Jordan 1s arrived today, I am 99% certain they are genuine and if not, I can’t find fault. I would give them 5 stars but had to pay extra £18 import duty but still a good price even with that included.

Three wonderful pairs of Jordan arrived today !!!! yeahhhh.... 14 days for delivery is not so much for waiting my Jordan. Many thanks

If I could do minus stars I would. My daughter's 16th birthday was yesterday and the shoes came in perfect time in a box. I didn't open the box I just wrapped it and put it on the table next to her other gifts. When she opened it and saw the box she was so excited. When she opened it it was a dirty pair of Air Force 1's what a rip off. As much as you want to trust this brand you can't. They dont let you refund. Dont waist your money or time ladies.

Made an order on 30th Nov for trainers for daughter for Christmas. It's 14th Dec- nothing as yet....and absolutely ZERO correspondence from the company, even to confirm order....nothing. I have since read up about this site, and feeling rather dubious that the trainers will actually arrive. Think we might have been scammed. A lesson learned! BE CAREFUL GUYS!
