Went yesterday to RF with a friend. Friend bought 6k in furniture. Later I went back and bought a$100 picture. When I got home wife said it is horrible take it back. When I called they said No returns of furniture, I said it’s a picture. They said policy is no returns. I’m out a $100 now. I asked for even a credit and all answers are same company policy says no. I don’t get how they want customer satisfaction guaranteed, but one it’s paid for then that goes down the tubes. I will remember this next month when I go to buy 2 bed room sets. One less customer now cause of a $100 dollar picture they won’t take back.

After initiating my claim, I heard back within 24 hours. Due to short staffing the whole transaction took about two weeks. Once approved I was able to schedule my delivery for replacement sectional piece immediately. Great, friendly customer service and an overall easy experience.

Great quality, selection, and helpful staff

I specifically purchased this dresser from your site because it said that it was available within a week and then I get a message saying it won’t be available until September? Like, why did I pay as much as I did to have to wait 2 months now, I’m beyond pissed and being baited.

My charging ports are not working and they can’t be replaced. I was told I need to replace couch in order to change out charging ports. This will void my extended warranty, and I don’t want to do that.

From the moment we walked in the store, the salesman, Matthew, was very welcoming and helpful and friendly. No matter how many questions we asked him, he was very patient and answered every question and was very helpful. We feel like we chose the perfect chair for us, and he and the store manager were wonderful and gave us the best price and did all that they could to get us the chair as quickly as possible. We would definitely go back to this store for future purchases.

Easy.. no pressure. Purchased a mattress. Second one this year. Free delivery is a bonus. Came the very next day. What’s not to like. And our sales lady (same one as last time) is very sweet.
