I was able to order my furniture in time for a family visit
I was able to order my item, on sale, and get it in time for an upcoming family visit. Because I am on a tight time schedule, I called the Kingston outlet store and spoke to a lovely associate who helped me schedule my furniture pickup earlier than what was available on the pick-up calendar. Their customer service can't be beat, and I appreciate talking to a real person!

While we had a general idea regarding what we were looking for in buying a new bed and mattress, our salesperson Bobby showed us everything we needed to see and explained all of the options that were available. This was particularly important with respect to selecting the right mattress for our wants and needs. This was an outstanding buying experience for both my wife and I.

Outstanding selection, prices and service
From the moment I arrived in the store I was greeted by the salesperson, Krystal who introduced herself and said she was there to help. She also gave me space to look around and was very professional and helpful working with me as I made choices. She even moved some items around the store for me so I could see how they looked together. Great furniture buying experience.

Carol the sale person was very nice and…
Carol the sale person was very nice and not pushy. Another salesman at a different store said may I follow you around and we did not like that. Carol asked if we could she could help us and we said we were looking and she just stayed near enough that if we needed help she was right there.
