Raymour & Flanigan - Newington Omdömen 

We paid over $1000 dollars for a recliner just 3 years ago and the Is fabric is already Is wearing through. I called the store and got a rude person who couldn't or wouldn't help me. We also paid $250 dollars fot the Premium protection plan. Lot of good that does.. So 3 years and over 1300 dollars and we need a new recliner... Never going back to Raymore and flanigan..

The associate, Constantine, was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and efficient. He helped us find the best ottoman for our home.

Mikhail was exceptional! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and personable. 10 out of 10 would come back as a repeat customer just for him!

The Sales Associate I had was Fabienne Fieffe, my husband and I went there during the week looking for living room furniture, she answered all the questions we had, if she did not know the answer she went to find out the answer. We went home to measure & I Dawn Grady went back to the store Saturday early evening because she was working. Fabienne answered more questions for me and sold two recliner couches to me. I would give her a grade “A” rating. I will recommend her to family & friends.

Experience was wonderful. Had a very nice salesman named Jide who helped us find just the right mattress. He took his time, made suggestions, and was very patient as we tried several different mattresses. It was a very pleat shopping trip!

The website is pretty good. However, I did not like the fact that the local store was not able to be ANY help with my questions about the expensive chair that I purchased. I am a long time and frequent customer and would like better service.

Eddie Davila, did an excellent job. Very patient, professional, loyal to his customers. And I like to thank the whole team they were very concerned when things weren't working well for me. Thank you all so much.

The sales person, I believe his name was Jide. He greeted us once in the store and asked how he may help us. He was very informative, knowledgeable about the product we were interested in. He has a pleasant demeanor. He walked us through the purchasing process explaining it fully. We were able to make a decision based on the information we received and felt confident with our choice. We would definitely recommend the Newington CT store and Jide to friends and family.

Our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable, he made the buying process much easier than the furniture purchase experiences I have had in the past. He did not seem like the typical slimy salesperson. We are looking forward to our new bed!
