My furniture was damaged. I contacted customer service and was told they would swap it out that would be in Tuesday. Still waiting

My whole order has been delayed. I thought just a floor lamp was getting delivered yesterday. However, I was pleasantly surprised my Darcy credenza arrived early. The delivery men were great and very helpful. The cabinet was well protected and packaged. The lamp did have a broken bulb but, the delivery man assured me they would mail me a new one, I am sure they will. I was happy with the service and furniture quality. I was happy with the courteous delivery men. I look forward to receiving the rest of my order hopefully soon. All the delays with covid have us all on wait. Thank you Raymour and Flanigan :) my experience with you has been refreshing compared to my Ashley nightmare.

Delivery is a joke. The last time they delivered furniture, they destroyed my wall and messed up the upholstery on the sofa, and then had me sign what turned out to be a document releasing them from liability.
I was stupid enough to buy from them again, and they’ve completely screwed up this delivery and my day as a result. I cannot get a hold of anybody at their main number, and texting them for help goes nowhere, either. I won’t make this mistake again.

My visit was great. Our salesperson was Victor and he was so helpful and answered all our questions and was such a pleasant person. He made everything so easy. It was a pleasurable experience.

I continue to be very happy with all the products I've purchased at Raymour & Flanigan in the past and on this visit the salesman, Zachary, was very courteous, knowledgable and helpful. I had searched the website earlier and thought I knew which mattress I wanted but when I got to the store he discussed my needs and discovered an even better option in the same price range. I appreciate the time he took to listen to my needs and use his knowledge of the products to match me with the best choice. I'm confident I will continue to start my shopping at Raymour and Flanigan for future furniture and mattress needs.

Thank you Frank Carlino for the courteous professional service. I was able to order a custom solid wood extendable table in the style I had been envisioning. I think the 3 month wait is not that bad considering factories have COVID delays. The whole experience was great. The only thing I’d say is that $2,000 for a simple table is pricey. I would have been happier with $1,500.

The sales part of the experience was excellent. The sales person understood what my son was looking for and was able to show him all the options available. Unfortunately, taking advantage of the 0% financing for 12 months was another story. No one took the time to explain the process or to disclose the full financing terms up front. In the end, what I ended up with was two hard pulls against my credit report and a credit line from two different banks. Didn't find out about this until the next day when I was contacted by both banks. Now I will have to take the time to see if R&F will be able to get rid of one of them or whether I will have to waste my time trying to straighten it out. It's nice to have a promotional rate, but not worth the trouble a sloppy system causes.

This is the 4th time I’ve bought furniture at the Middletown,NY store and the second time the salesperson is Mr Garcia. Mr Garcia is not only knowledgeable and very approachable, he also has a very smooth, laidback approach to selling which is my preference. I plan to return to the store soon and will be requesting Mr Garcia’s assistance.

Our consultant Garrett Welsh was extra helpful as we were shopping for living room furniture for my mother who was entering into assisted living. It was difficult because we liked different pieces from separate suites. Garrett was more than helpful and patient, we are extremely pleased with what we ended up with and delivery was scheduled for the date we requested. A great experience.
