Salesman, Nick was very knowledgeable and listened to us without being pushy.

Visited the store and later ordered a "twin sleeper" on the website.
The delivery personnel were great: courteous, clean and efficient.

I ordered my ottoman waited 8 wks and on first day it was damaged and damaged my carpet. You made good and ordered a new one. I waited 10 wks when I called to see where the new one was. Amazingly I was told they could get it to me by Saturday or Sunday. What I find amazing is that if I didn’t call no one was going to call me to tell me my new ottoman was here and in the mean time I was stuck w a broken ottoman that I paid for already! I have purchased all of my furniture from Raymour for many many years and I feel like the quality of the furniture as well as the service has gone down hill.
